«Հայաստանի թավշյա «թալանը» շարունակվում է
Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմի հետ կապված խայտառակ պատմությունները շարունակվում են... Անցյալ տարեվերջին մեծ աղմուկ բարձրացրած նախարարա-մարզպետարանների աստխաբաշխական ինքնապարգեւատրումներին եւ ընդամենը վերջերս բացահայտված նախարարա-փոխնախարարների եւ մարզպետների աշխատավարձերի կրկնապատկմանն այժմ էլ ավելացավ ԱԺ երեսփոխանների գյորմամիշության եւ չտեսության բացահայտման ժամանակը...
Պարզվում է, այս տարվա 10 ամսվա մեջ մեր հայրենի երեսփոխանները պարգեւատվել են 14 անգամ եւ այդ պարգեւատրումները վճարելու համար բյուջեից ծախսվել է 1,9 միլիոն դոլար՝ 909 միլիոն դրամ... Սա, մեղմ ասած, խայտառակություն է... Սա Հայաստանի թավշյա «թալանի» շարունակությունն է...
Պարոն Փաշինյանի վարչակարգն ուղղակի մսխում է երկրի պետական բյուջեն` այդ ամենն իրականացնելով տարաբնույթ սխեմաներով՝ պարգեւավճարներից մինչեւ անարդյունավետ արտասահմանյան ուղեւորություններ կազմակերպելով... Էլ չեմ ասում կոռուպցիոն սխեմաների մասին, որոնցից վերջին օրինակը՝ Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանին մի քանի կազմակերպությունների կողմից 21 աղբատար մեքենաների նվիրատվության պատմությունն է... Խնդիրն այն է, որ նվիրատվություն արած երկու կազմակերպությունների պահով պարզ երեւում են կոռուպցիոն վտանգները...
Հ.Գ. Չմոռանամ հիշեցնել, որ թավշյա թալանի կազմակերպիչ պարոն վարչապետը չի մոռացել նաեւ իր ժողովրդին... Համեմատած իր նախարարների, փոխնախարարների, մարզպետների, երեսփոխանների եւ այլ պաշտոնյաների հետ, որոնց աշխատավարձերը կրկնապատկվել են ու ովքեր տարվա մեջ մի քանի անգամ պարգեւավճարներ են ստանում, «ժողովրդի» վարչապետը մի քանի գրոշով 2020 թ-ի հունվարի 1-ից բարձրացնում է իրեն իշխանության բերած ժողովրդի մինիմալ աշխատավարձերը եւ թոշակները... Իսկ քանի դեռ ժողովուրդն ըմբռնումով է մոտենում պարոն Փաշինյանին, նա եւ իր թիմը նորանոր մեթոդներով են շարունակում վաղուց սկսված թավշյա «թալանը»...
