Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցության 6-րդ համագումարը որոշել է 2020 թվականի նախագահական ընտրություններին առաջադրել կուսակցության ղեկավար Աշոտ Ղուլյանի թեկնածությունը։ Այս մասին նշվում է կուսակցության համագումարի արդյունքներով ընդունված որոշման մեջ: Ներկայացնում ենք Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցության համագումարի որոշումն ամբողջությամբ.

«Հարգարժան կուսակցականներ,

Տիկնայք և պարոնայք,

2020 թվականին մեր երկրում կայանալիք համապետական ընտրությունները նոր հնարավորություն են բացում քաղաքական առավել ակտիվ դերակատարում ստանձնելու, երկրի կայուն և առաջընթաց զարգացմանն ընդգծված մասնակցությունն ունենալու տեսանկյունից: Վստահ եմ՝ մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրն էլ շատ լավ պատկերացնում է այդ ընտրությունների կարևորությունը. նույն օրը մենք որոշելու ենք երկրի և՛ օրենսդիր մարմնի կազմը և՛ գործադիր թևի առաջնորդին՝ հանրապետության նախագահին:

Այս հստակ գիտակցմամբ էլ, առաջիկա նախագահական ընտրություններին թեկնածու առաջադրելու հարցը, կուսակցության կանոնադրության պահանջներին համապատասխան, ընդգրկվել է այսօրվա համագումարի օրակարգում:

 

Հարգելի կուսակիցներ,

Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցությունը 20-ամյա պատմություն է անցել, որի ընթացքում դասական իմաստով կայացել է որպես քաղաքական կուսակցություն, ակտիվորեն մասնակցել Արցախի պետական շինարարությանը և իր հետագծով կայուն հիմքեր ստեղծել մեր երիտասարդ հանրապետությունում քաղաքական մշակույթի ձևավորման ու զարգացման համար: Ուստի կարիք չկա ընդգծելու, որ մենք առավել քան պատասխանատու ենք մեր ստեղծածը պահպանելու և նոր ու թարմ գաղափարներով Արցախի զարգացումը առաջ տանելու համար:

Հայրենիքի ապագայի համար պատասխանատվություն ստանձնելու վճռականությամբ՝ ժողովրդավարները ակտիվորեն մասնակցելու են և՛ խորհրդարանական և՛ նախագահական ընտրություններին: Այս համատեքսում կուսակցության կողմից նախագահի թեկնածու առաջադրելու հարցը վերջին ժամանակներում ներկուսակցական քննարկումների կարևոր թեմաներից էր, որին պարբերաբար անդրադարձել ենք նաև շրջանային/քաղաքային համաժողովների շրջանակներում: Գերակշռող կարծիքն այն է, որ մենք պարտավոր ենք հանրությանը առաջարկելու մեծ փորձառություն ու մաքուր քաղաքական անցյալ ունեցող, հանրությանը համախմբելու պատրաստակամ և ունակ թեկնածուի:

 

Հաշվի առնելով վերոնշյալը և կուսակցության անդամների ցանկությունը՝ համագումարին եմ առաջարկում Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցության 6-րդ համագումարի որոշման նախագիծը՝

«2020 թվականի նախագահական ընտրություններին Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցության կողմից Աշոտ Վլադիմիրի Ղուլյանի թեկնածությունը առաջադրելու մասին»:
