Հայաստանցիները մասսայաբար հրաժարվում են Հայաստանի «դուխով» քաղաքացիությունից․Գագիկ Համբարյան

Ռուսաստանի ՆԳՆ-ի և «Ռոսստատ»-ի տվյալներով այս տարվա հունվար-սեպտեմբերին ՌԴ անձնագիր է ստացել Հայաստանի 17 հազար քաղաքացի։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը։
«Ռուսաստանի ՆԳՆ-ի և «Ռոսստատ»-ի տվյալներով այս տարվա հունվար-սեպտեմբերին ՌԴ անձնագիր է ստացել Հայաստանի 17 հազար քաղաքացի... Սա շատ մտահոգիչ փաստ է... Իշխանափոխությունից հետո հայաստանցիների մասսայաբար հրաժարվելը ՀՀ քաղաքացիությունից և հանրապետությունից հեռանալը շարունակվում է...
2018 թ-ի, այսպես կոչված, «Թավշյա հեղափոխությունից» հետո Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն «էստի համեցեք» էր անում աշխարհի տարբեր անկյուններում բնակվող հայերին՝ համոզելով, որ Հայաստանում «իրավիճակ է փոխվել»... Սակայն, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, ոչ միայն մեր սփյուռքի բարեկամները, այլև հայաստանցիների մեծ մասը Փաշինյանին չի հավատացել և շարունակում են հրաժարվել Հայաստանի քաղաքացիությունից՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր բացասական հետևանքներով... Բացի ՌԴ քաղաքացիությունից, ամեն տարի մի քանի հազար հայաստանցիներ ստանում են նաև ԱՄՆ, ԵՄ երկրների, Ուկրաինայի և այլ երկրների քաղաքացիություն ևս...
Պարզ մաթեմատիկական հաշվարկ կատարելով կարելի է հավելել, որ մինչև տարեվերջ ՌԴ քաղաքացիություն ստացողների թիվը կկազմի մոտ 23 հազար մարդ... Հիշեցնեմ, որ 2017 թ-ին ՌԴ քաղաքացիություն է ստացել 25144 ՀՀ քաղաքացի, իսկ 2018 թ-ին՝ 27100-ը...
Նույնիսկ «Թավշյա հեղափոխություն» կոչվածը չի ստիպել հայաստանցիներին հրաժարվելու այլ երկրների, հատկապես ՌԴ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու մտքից... Հետաքրքիր է, ինչպե՞ս այս ամենը կմեկնաբանի ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ով իր այս տարվա օգոստոսին «ստեփանակերտյան» հայտնի ելույթի ժամանակ հայտարարեց, որ մինչև 2050 թ-ը Հայաստանի բնակչությունը պետք է հասցնի 5 միլիոնի...
Կրկին պարզ մաթեմատիկական հաշվարկի արդյունքում կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ 1,6 տարվա մեջ միայն ՌԴ քաղաքացիություն ստացած հայաստանցիների թիվը մոտ 38 հազար է... Ու սա միայն ՌԴ քաղաքացիություն ստացածների մասին է... Էլ չեմ ասում, թե առանց ՌԴ կամ այլ երկրի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու որքան մարդ է լքում երկիրը՝ հիասթափված, այսպես կոչված, հեղափոխության արդյունքներից...
Հ.Գ. Ցավով պետք է արձանագրենք, որ 1991 թ-ից ի վեր պաշտոնապես Հայաստանը լքել է 1 միլիոնից ավել մարդ... Ըստ որոշ տվյալների` Լևոն Տեր-Պետրոսյանի կառավարման տարիներին երկիրը լքել է մոտ 587 հազար մարդ, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կառավարման տարիներին՝ 129 հազար մարդ, իսկ Սերժ Սարգսյանի նախագահության տարիներին՝ 400 հազարից ավել մարդ...Փաշինյանի կառավարման այս շրջանում էլ վատ «ավանդույթները» շարունակվում են...»,-նշել է նա։
