«Տաշիր գրուպ» ընկերության նախագահ Սամվել Կարապետյանը հրաժարվել է ներկայանալ քննչական մարմնին։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 2-ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի եւ տեղեկատվության բաժնի պետի պաշտոնակատար Նաիրա Հարությունյանը։

Նշենք, որ գործը վերաբերում է Սամվել Կարապետյանի եղբորորդու՝ Նարեկ Կարապետյանի եւ գործարար Վահե Պարազյանի միջեւ տեղի ունեցած կոնֆլիկտին։

Նաիրա Հարությունյան ասաց, որ գործարարին ծանուցում է ուղարկվել հարցաքննության հրավիրելու վերաբերյալ, սակայն Կարապետյանն հայտնել է, որ ինքը գտնվում է ՌԴ-ում եւ չի կարող ներկայանալ, բացի այդ ցանկանում է օգտվել Սահմանադրության իր իրավունքից եւ հրաժարվել է ցուցումունք տալուց։

Քննչական կոմիտեն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, Նարեկ Կարապետյանը, շորթմամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումար հափշտակելու շուրջ նախնական համաձայնության գալով ընկերոջ հետ, վախեցնելու, կամքը ճնշելու նպատակով, 2019թ. հուլիսի 3-ին՝ ժամը 19:30-ի սահմաններում, Երեւան քաղաքի Ալեք Մանուկյան փողոցում բռնություն է գործադրել 30-ամյա տղամարդու նկատմամբ, որից հետո նույն օրը՝ ժամը 22:30-ի սահմաններում, Երեւանի սրճարաններից մեկում կրկին հանդիպել է նրա հետ եւ պահանջել վճարել առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումար:

Մերժում ստանալով՝ 28-ամյա երիտասարդը զանգահարել է տուժողին եւ հանդիպման կանչել Երեւան քաղաքի ռեստորաններից մեկում: Հանդիպման ժամանակ, որին ներկա են եղել նաեւ այլ անձինք, երիտասարդը, տուժողի եւ նրա ընտանիքի անդամների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքով, շարունակել է պահանջել առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումարը՝ մի խումբ անձանց հետ դարձյալ բռնություն գործադրելով 30-ամյա տղամարդու եւ վերջինիս հետ հանդիպման գնացած նրա ընկերոջ նկատմամբ:

Ն.Կարապետյանին եւ նրա ընկերոջը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով, այն է՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափի շորթումը։

Գործարար Վահե Պարազյանը մեղադրանքներ է հնչեցնում Սամվել Կարապետյանի վերաբերյալ, նշելով, թե նա խլել է իրենց բիզնեսը։ Ըստ գործարարի՝ Կարապետյանն օգտագործելով իր կապերը ՌԴ իրավապահների շրջանում սնանկացրել է իր մրցակիցներին, որի արդյունքում վերջիններս արտագաղթել են Հայաստան: Պարազյանի խոսքով՝ Կարապետյանները նրան Հայաստանում էլ են գտել ու 10 միլիոն եվրոյի հաշիվ ներկայացրել։

ՔԿ վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով Սամվել Կարապետյանին հարցաքննելու ցուցում էր տվել դատախազությունը։

Նարեկ Կարապետյանն էլ լրատվամիջոցների հետ զրույցում հերքել էր իր մասնակցությունը որեւէ նման միջադեպի՝ ասելով, որ իրեն ուղղված մեղադրանքները բանսարկություն են:
