Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարներ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի և Էլմար Մամեդյարովի առաջիկա հանդիպմանը հայկական կողմն աշխատելու է իր գերակայությունների ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը` պատասխանելով լրագրողի հարցին, թե ինչ հարցեր պետք  է քննարկվեն հանդիպմանը: Հայկական կողմն ունի մեկ միասնական փաթեթ, որում կան ինչպես բուն կարգավորմանը, այնպես էլ  միջավայրին առնչվող հարցեր:

 

«Մենք ունենք մեկ միասնական փաթեթ, որի մեջ շատ կան կարևոր հարցեր` բուն կարգավորմանն առնչվող, և կան շատ կարևոր հարցեր, որոնք վերաբերվում են միջավայրին, որի մեջ տեղի է ունենում խաղաղ կարգավորման գործընթացը: Բոլորը շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն իրենց ամբողջության, իրենց համապարփակության մեջ: Բուն կարգավորման հարցում մեր գերակայություններն առնչվում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անվտանգությանը և կարգավիճակին: Եվ, բնականաբար, մենք շարունակելու ենք փորձարկել, մշակել այն մոտեցումները, համադրումները, որտեղ մեզ անհրաժեշտ է լինելու տեսնել, որ մեր գերակա կարևորագույն հարցերը ստանում են իրենց համապատասխան արտահայտությունը»,-ասաց Մնացականյանը:

 

Նախարարը հավասարաչափ կարևոր  համարեց հարցերի մյուս շարքը, որոնք առնչվում են միջավայրին: «Ունեցանք որոշ համեստ արդյունք անցյալ ամսվա ընթացքում և այդ ուղղությամբ աշխատել շարունակելն, իհարկե, մեզ համար կարևոր ու հետաքրքրական է: Հավասարաչափ կարևորություն եմ տալիս, ընդգծում եմ այն նշանակությունը, որը տալիս ենք բոլոր այն միջոցառումներին, որոնք ուղղված են էսկալացիայի ռիսկերի նվազեցմանը»,-ասաց նախարարը:

 

 

 

Նա նշեց` այդ միջոցառումները իրատեսական դարձնելը, զինադադարի ռեժիմն ու բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներն  ամրապնդելը, որոնք ապահովում են էսկալացիայի ռիսկերի նվազեցում, հայկական կողմի համար հանդիսանում են նույնպես չափազանց կարևոր հարցեր:

 

«Մենք հավատարիմ ենք խաղաղ կարգավորմանը: Մենք այս մեկ ու կես տարվա ընթացքում ի ցույց դրեցինք մեր կարողություններն ու լրջությունը` խաղաղ գործընթացի մեջ ներգրավվելու և արդյունավետ աշխատելու: Կայանալիք հանդիպման ուղղությամբ մենք աշխատել ենք: Մենք գնում ենք մեր աշխատանքը կատարելու և մենք ունենք մեր գերակայությունները, և աշխատելու ենք դրանց շուրջ»,-եզրափակեց նախարարը:

 

Դեկտեմբերի 4-ին՝ Բրատիսլավայում ԵԱՀԿ 26-րդ նախարարական խորհրդաժողովի շրջանակներում, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջնորդությամբ և մասնակցությամբ կայանալու է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարներ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի և Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հանդիպումը:
