ՍԴ-ի հարցի «լուծման» մշուշոտ հեռանկարները.
POLITICSԱԺ պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովում երեկ քննարկման էր դրվել արդարադատության նախարարության ներկայացրած՝ ՍԴ անդամներին վաղաժամ կենսաթոշակի ուղարկելու վերաբերյալ նախագիծը, ըստ որի, եթե մինչև 2020 թվականի հունվարի 31-ը ՍԴ դատավորները հրաժարական տան, ապա մինչև իրենց պաշտոնավարման ժամկետի լրանալը կստանան իրենց աշխատավարձի չափով կենսաթոշակ:
Ըստ էության, այս նախագծին արդեն իսկ տրվել է բացահայտ օրինականացված կաշառք որակումը, որի միջոցով ՍԴ-ում իշխանություններն իրենց համար ցանկալի պատկեր են ուզում ապահովել։
Սրան զուգահեռ, իր հերթական ծավալուն վերլուծությունն էր ներկայացրել ՍԴ դատավոր, որոշ ժամանակ առաջ ինքն իրեն ՍԴ նախագահ հռչակած Վահե Գրիգորյանը՝ հերթական անգամ գերկարևորելով ՍԴ լուծարումն ու դատարանի կազմը թարմացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը։
Երեկ պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովի նիստին արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանն ասել էր, որ համամիտ չէ Գրիգորյանի տեսակետին. «Եթե կառավարությունն ունենար նույն դիրքորոշումը, որն ուներ Վահե Գրիգորյանը, նամակում առաջարկվող քայլերի հաջորդականությունը կսկսվեր:
Ո՛չ նախկինում, ո՛չ այժմ որևէ նման կամք կառավարությունը չի արտահայտել, ինչից էլ բխում է, որ, այո, այդ մասով համաձայն չենք»: Որոշ փորձագետներ «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում նշել են, որ ՍԴ շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը հանգուցալուծելու համար ՀՀ իշխանությունն ունի երկու ճանապարհ՝ կա՛մ խորհրդարանը պարտավոր է հիմնովին ու ամբողջական իրավա-քաղաքական գնահատական տալ ՀՀ անկախության երեք տասնամյակում տեղի ունեցած գործընթացներին, այդ թվում՝ ՍԴ գործունեությանը, կա՛մ գնալ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների, որոնք կարող են ճանապարհ բացել Բարձր դատարան ձևավորելու նոր ընթացակարգերի համար:
