BLOGԱյսուհետ զինվորին նվաստացնողը եւ ինքնասպանության դրդողը մինչեւ 14 տարի կազատազրկվի: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Ցավալի փաստ է, բայց բանակում ինքնասպանության դեպքերի նվազում չկա։
Ոչ կանոնադրական հարաբերությունների պատճաոռվ զինված ուժերում յուրաքանչյուր տարի ավելի շատ զոհ ենք ունենում, քան թշնամու գնդակից։ Իսկ «դեդավշչինայի» եւ բանակային ենթամշակույթի, զինվորին ստորացնելու, նվաստացնելու հետեւանքով ամեն տարի բանակում 9-10 ինքնասպանություն է լինում։
2019-ին արդեն 10, ցավոք, ինքնասպանություն։
Եւ ինքնասպանության դրդելու հոդված 110-ը մեր Քրեական օրենսգրքով նախատեսում է ընդամենը 3 տարի ազատազրկում։
Սա անարդար է եւ եւ գործընկերներիս հետ փոփոխություն եմ առաջարկել Քրեական օրենսգրքում։
Այսուհետ զինվորին նվաստացնողը, ծանակողը, ստորացնողը, ինչի արդյունքում զինվորը, սպան, կդիմի ինքնասպանության՝ 6-12 տարի, իսկ ռազմական դրության կամ պատերազմական գործողության ժամանակ մինչեւ 14 տարի կազատազրկվի։
Ես հասկանում եմ, որ ոչինչ չի ամոքելու մոր վիշտը, որի զավակին ստորացրել ու դրդել են ինքնասպանության, բայց վստահ եմ, որ պատժաչափերի նման խստացումը կսթափեցնի այն «կամանդիրին» ու «հաբռգած» զինվորին, ով որոշել է կայանալ մեկ այլ զինվորի արժանապատվության հաշվին։
Պետական-իրավական հանձնաժողովը միաձայն կողմ քվեարկեց նախագծին։ Չեմ կասկածում, որ վաղը նույնը կանի խորհրդարանն ամբողջապես։
