INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱդրբեջանի դիրքորոշումը 1988 թվականից փոփոխություններ չի կրել։ Այս մասին հայտարարեց Արցախի նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ, գլխավոր տեղեկատվական վարչության պետ Դավիթ Բաբայանը՝ NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի խնդրանքով մեկնաբանելով ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության քաղաքական կարգավորման Բաքվի տեսլականը, որ տարածել է ԵԱՀԿ-ում ադրբեջանական պատվիրակությունը։
Կատակով շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ադրբեջանական կողմին այսպիսի «անսպասելի» նվերի համար՝ Նոր տարվա առթիվ ու ԱԳՆ ղեկավարների հանդիպման նախաշեմին, Դավիթ Բաբայանը ընդգծեց, որ իրականում տեղի ունեցածի մեջ որեւէ անսպասելի բան չկա։ «Դա Ադրբեջանի տեսլականն է, որը չի փոփոխվել 1988թ․ հակամարտության վերջին փուլի սկսվելուց հետո։ Ադրբեջանը հստակ նշում է, թե իր համար անընդունելի է հարցի ցանկացած լուծում, որ կապված է Ադրբեջանի սահմաններից դուրս Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության գոյության եւ ճանաչման հետ։ Ընդ որում, այս անգամ նույնիսկ որեւէ խոսք չկա ինքնավարության մասին։ Նրանք ասում են «Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության օրենքների համաձայն»։ Իսկ այնտեղ էթնիկ ինքնավարություն չի մնացել։ Կա Նախիջեւանի ԻՀ-ն, սակայն այն խիստ վարչական է, այլ ոչ թե էթնիկ ինքնավարություն՝ այն բանից հետո, երբ հայկական բնակչությունը լքել է տարածաշրջանը»,- նշեց Բաբայանը։
Նրա խոսքերով՝ տվյալ մոտեցումը ավելորդ անգամ ցույց է տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանում ոչինչ չի փոխվել, եւ հազիվ թե փոխվի տեսանելի ապագայում։ «Այդ պատճառով մենք պետք է համբերությամբ լցվենք եւ աշխատենք պետականության, պաշտպանունակության, ռազմական պոտենցիալի ամրապնդման եւ, իհարկե, ճիշտ աշխարհաքաղաքականություն վարելու ուղղությամբ։ Սա է հայկական պետականության առաջադեմ զարգացման հիմքը՝ ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ Արցախյան Հայաստանում»,- ամփոփեց Դավիթ Բաբայանը։
