ԱԺ-ն այսօր քննարկելու է 2020 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագիծը

Երեւանում շարունակվում է Ազգային ժողովի նիստը: Դեկտեմբերի 5-ին հերթական նիստում պատգամավորները երկրորդ եւ առաջին ընթերցմամբ քվեարկելու եւ քննարկելու են մի շարք օրինագծեր:

Նշենք, որ հերթական քառօրյա նիստերի օրակարգում, որը գումարվել է դեկտեմբերի 3-ին, 40 հարց կա:

Այսօր պատգամավորները երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկելու են մի շարք օրինագծեր՝ «Ճանապարհային երթեւեկության անվտանգության ապահովման մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին, «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» սահմանադրական օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին, «Սեւանա լճի էկոհամակարգի վերականգնման, պահպանման, վերարտադրման եւ օգտագործման միջոցառումների տարեկան եւ համալիր ծրագրերի հաստատման մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին եւ մի շարք այլ օրենքներում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին:

Պատգամավորներին առաջին ընթերցմամբ ներկայացվելու են «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը պաշտպանելիս զինծառայողների կյանքին կամ առողջությանը պատճառված վնասի փոխհատուցման մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրինագիծը, «Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրինագիծը, «Ծխախոտային արտադրանքի եւ դրա փոխարինողների օգտագործման հետեւանքով առողջությանը հասցված վնասի նվազեցման եւ կանխման մասին» օրենքում եւ մի շարք այլ օրենքներում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրինագծերը:

Նշենք նաեւ, որ դեկտեմբերի 5-ին ԱԺ պատգամավորները քննարկելու են նաեւ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2020 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին» օրենքի նախագիծը:
