ՀՀԿ կենտրոնակայանի մամուլի սրահում տեղի է ունենում ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանի ասուլիսը՝ նվիրված ներքաղաքական և արտաքին քաղաքական վերջին զարգացումներին։Հենց ասուլիսի սկզբում Աշոտյանն անդրադարձավ  ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահ, ՀՀԿ ղեկավար Սերժ Սարգսյանի հանդեպ հարուցված քրեական գործին:

 

«Մենք հարուցված քրեական գործը շաղկապում ենք արտաքին ու ներքին քաղաքական խմորումների հետ: Սերժ Սարգսյանի հանդեպ բացառապես քաղաքական գործընթաց է սկսվել: Մեր իշխանավորները Քոչարյանի հանդեպ հարուցված գործը գաղտնի լսված հեռախոսազանգում ջուր էին համարել, Սարգսյանի դեպքում այս գործը օդ է»:

Աշոտյանը վստահեցրեց, որ Սարգսյանի հանդեպ սկսված գործընթացը ոչ մի կերպ չի կարող ազդել ՀՀԿ-ի արտաքին կամ  ներքին քաղաքական գործունեության վրա, նաև հավելեց, որ  այս քրգործով արագացվում է հականիկոլական կոնսոլիդացիայի գործընթացները:

 

«Այսօրվա իշխանությունը հաշվել չգիտի, երկարաժամկետ պլանավորում անել չի կարող, առաջնորդվում է բացառապես օրվա տեղեկատվական ռումբի գերակայությամբ, նրանք շուտով կբախվեն քաղաքական լուրջ խնդիրների, նրանք թուլացնում են իրենց իշխանությունն ու Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը»:

Անդրադառնալով Արցախին վերաբերող քաղաքականությանը՝ Աշոտյանն ասաց, որ Փաշինյան-Մնացականյան զույգը, որպես փրկօղակ բռնվել է Սարգսյան-Նալբանդյան զույգի կողմից մշակված բանակցային փաթեթից: Աշոտյանը նաև պնդեց, որ Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն իր ելույթներում կրկնում է Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանի մտքերը:

«Ինչ կարիք կար մեկ ու կես տարի կորցնել, քայքայել բանակցային դիրքերը, մեծամտանալ, ասել, որ ես ամեն ինչ գիտեմ, ես Ղարաբաղի հարցին տիրապետում եմ, իսկ հետո գալ ու որպես փրկօղակ բռնվել Սերժ Սարգսյանի թողած քաղաքական ժառանգության այդ հատվածից: Եթե կարճ, ապա՝ Սերժը փրկեց Նիկոլին»:

 

Կանխատեսումներ անելով, թե Արցախյան ճակատում կարող են սպասվել դիվանագիտական և ոչ դիվանագիտական լուրջ զարգացումներ, Աշոտյանը պնդեց, որ հայ ժողովուրդը պետք է լինի կոնսոլիդացված, իսկ դրա համար կարևոր է, որ գործող քաղաքական համակարգը ֆորմատի ենթարկվի:

«Եթե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պահպանել է բանականության վերջին նշույլները, անպայման ինքն անձամբ հաջորդ տարի պիտի նախաձեռնի ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրություններ: Որովհետև այս ԱԺ-ն ի սկզբանե մեռելածին էր: Փաշինյանը քանդել է քաղաքական դաշտը, ինքն էլ պիտի հավաքի փլատակները»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ նախկին նախագահ  Սերժ Սարգսյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով նախատեսված հանրորեն վտանգավոր այն արարքի կատարման համար, որ նա, 2008 թվականի ապրիլի 9-ից մինչև 2018 թվականի ապրիլի 9-ը զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ նախագահի պաշտոնը, իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով, 2013 թվականի հունվարի 25-ից մինչև նույն թվականի փետրվարի 7-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կազմակերպել է պաշտոնատար մի խումբ անձանց կողմից պետությունից վատնելու եղանակով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումարի՝ 489.160.310 ՀՀ դրամի հափշտակության կատարումը:

 

Սերժ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
