Տիկին Իսայան, կարծես թե ԲՀԿ-Քաղաքապետարան փոխհրաձգությունը որոշակիորեն հանդարտվել է, բայց այնուամենայնիվ, որոշ լուրեր շարունակում են ակտիվ շրջանառվել:Մասնավորապես այն, որ Աբու Դաբիի թագաժառանգը երբևէ չի այցելել Հայաստան:

- Թույլ տվեք հստակ ընդգծել, որ այս թեմայի հետ կապված առհասարակ ես տեսնում եմ միտում՝ երկրորդային, մանր խնդիրներով ստվերել և ծածկել բուն խնդիրը, որը հետևյալն է՝ քաղաքապետարանը չի կարողացել բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծել պոտենցիալ ներդրողների համար:Եվ պարզապես ծիծաղելի է, որ բուն էությունը թողած՝ ընկել ենք թագավորի մեծ տղա՞ն է եկել,թե՞ փոքր: ԱՄԷ-ի դեսպանատունը Հայաստանում ևս պարզաբանում տարածեց՝ հաստատելով, որ ԱՄԷ-ի նախագահի որդին բիզնես այցով եղել է ՀՀ-ում:Կարծում եմ ձեր նշած թեզը շրջանառելն այլևս խայտառակություն է և չի կարելի այդքան մանրանալ:

- Ի դեպ, լուրեր են շրջանառվում նաև, որ այդ ներդրումների մեջ ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հնարավոր է՝ հետապնդել է իր շահը:

 

- Այս մտացածին լուրը ևս դասում եմ բուն խնդիրը երկրորդելու շարքին, քանի որ այստեղ պարզապես չէր կարող շահերի բախում լինել:Ես առհասարակ այսպես եմ հասկանում,այս հարցում շրջանառվում են բոլոր հորինված թեզերը, միայն թե ծածկեն սեփական սխալը:Մինչդեռ պրն.Ծառուկյանի նպատակն էր, որ շտկվեն այն բոլոր սխալները, որոնք թույլ էին տրվել և խոչըդոտել էին մասշտաբային նախագծի իրականացմանը:Ի վերջո, որքան էլ ոմանք ջանան կեղծ թեզեր առաջ քաշել, միևնույն է, պոտենցիալ ներդրումները ձախողել են:Սա այլևս անհերքելի է:
