Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը դեկտեմբերի 7-ին ընդունել է Գվատեմալայի Հանրապետության Կոնգրեսի խորհրդարանի առաջին փոխնախագահ Ֆելիպե Ալեխոս Լորենզանային և Կոնգրեսի պատգամավոր, նախագահության քարտուղար Խուան Ռամոն Լաուին, ովքեր Ստեփանակերտ են ժամանել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ԱԺ-ի պատգամավոր Սոս Ավետիսյանի ուղեկցությամբ:

 

 

 

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի բաժնի փոխանցմամբ, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը նշել է, որ Գվատեմալայի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանական պատվիրակության այցն Արցախ բարեկամության նոր հեռանկարներ է բացում՝ Կենտրոնական Ամերիկայի երկրների հետ միջխորհրդարանական կապեր հաստատելու համար: Աշոտ Ղուլյանը հյուրերին տեղեկություններ է փոխանցել Արցախի պետականաշինության, խորհրդարանում ձևավավորված բարեկամական խմբերի ու շրջանակների մասին:

 

Կոնգրեսի առաջին փոխնախագահ Ֆելիպե Ալեխոս Լորենզանան, խոսելով այցի մասին, նշել է, որ մեծ պատիվ է համարում Արցախում գտնվելը և կարևորում երկխոսության միջոցով երկրի մասին ճշգրիտ տեղեկությունների հավաքագրումը: Խոսելով ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության մասին՝ Ֆելիպե Լորենզանան շեշտել է, որ կողմ է ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքին և հակամարտության բոլոր կողմերի մասնակցությամբ խնդիրի բանակցային ճանապարհով կարգավորմանը:

 

 

 

Նա Արցախի խորհրդարանի ղեկավարին նաև հաղորդել է  իրենց այցով՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանի հետ սկիզբ առած գործնական հարաբերությունների՝ մասնավորապես, օրերս երկու խորհրդարանների միջև համագործակցության համաձայնագրի ստորագրման մասին:

 

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ Կոնգրեսի պատգամավոր և նախագահության քարտուղար Խուան Ռամոն Լաուն կարևորել է Լատինական Ամերիկայում մեր տարածաշրջանի վերաբերյալ անաչառ տեղեկատվության տարածումը և երկրների միջև համագործակցության խորացումը:

 

Քննարկվել են ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությանը, բանակցային գործընթացին, ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի միջնորդական գործունեությանը վերաբերող թեմաներ:

 

 

 

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Վահրամ Բալայանը և արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արզիկ Մխիթարյանը:
