ԲԴԽ նախագահը ներկայացրել է նորանշանակ դատավորներին

Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանը դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախագահ Արթուր Մկրտչյանին և դատարանի Ավան նստավայրի դատավորներին է ներկայացրել դատարանի նորանշանակ դատավորներ Վահե Միսակյանին և Արմինե Մելիքսեթյանին:  

 

Ինչպես հայտնեցին ՀՀ ԲԴԽ աշխատակազմի մամուլի և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին նաև Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի անդամ Անի Մխիթարյանը, Դատական դեպարտամենտի ղեկավար Կարեն Փոլադյանը, Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արմեն Ասլանյանը:

 

Շնորհավորելով նորանշանակ դատավորներին՝  Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահը նշեց, որ դատավոր Վահե Միսակյանի փորձառությունը, մասնագիտական գիտելիքներն ու մարդկային որակները բավարար են, որ նա պատշաճ կերպով շարունակի իրականացնել արդարադատությունն արդեն այս դատարանում:

Ներկայացնելով նորանշանակ դատավոր Արմինե Մելիքսեթյանին` Խորհրդի նախագահը նկատեց, որ դատավորը տիրապետում է տեսական փայլուն գիտելիքների, և հույս հայտնեց, որ նա՝ որպես դատավոր, դրանք համադրելով պրակտիկ փորձի հետ, կկարողանա բարձր պահել ոչ միայն տվյալ դատարանի, այլև ամբողջ դատական իշխանության հեղինակությունը, իսկ փորձաշատ դատավորներին Խորհրդի նախագահը հորդորեց իրենց գործնական հմտություններով և փորձով, արհեստավարժությամբ աջակցել և մշտապես լինել նորանշանակ դատավորի կողքին: 

Նույն օրը Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահ Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանը Էրեբունի նստավայրում ներկայացրեց նաև Երևան քաղաքի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նորանշանակ դատավոր Դանիել Մխեյանին՝ նշելով, որ նա իր գիտելիքներն ու ողջ ներուժն ըստ պատշաճի կներդնի արդյունավետ արդարադատություն իրականացնելու պատասխանատու գործում:

Դատավորներին ներկայացնելուց հետո տեղի ունեցավ հանդիպում-խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում անդրադարձ եղավ  դատական իշխանությանը վերաբերող առանցքային և կարևոր մի շարք հարցերի: Քննարկման ժամանակ դատավորների կողմից ներկայացվեցին առաջնահերթ լուծում պահանջող խնդիրներ:

Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանը նշեց, որ Խորհուրդը ծանոթ է դատավորներին հուզող հարցերին և գործուն քայլեր է ձեռնարկում խնդիրներին հնարավորինս արագ լուծում տալու ուղղությամբ: Այդ համատեքստում Խորհրդի նախագահը խիստ կարևորեց նաև դատավորների՝ Խորհրդի հետ ակտիվ, անմիջական շփումն ու համագործակցությունը դատաիրավական բարեփոխումների գործընթացի իրականացման ճանապարհին և կոչ արեց նրանց ակտիվություն ցուցաբերել օրենսդրական փոփոխությունների նախագծերի վերաբերյալ առաջարկություններ, դիրքորոշումներ ներկայացնելիս:
