Վաննա կոճապղպեղով և ջրածնի պերօքսիդով: Ջրի մեջ լցնել 5 ճաշի գդալ ջրածնի պերօքսիդ և 1 թեյի գալ կոճապղպեղի փոշի, լավ խառնել և ոտքերը թողնել այդ ջրի մեջ կես ժամ: Այս միջոցը խթանում է բջիջների և հյուսվածքների վերականգնումը, մաքրում է օրգանիզմը տոքսիններից և բակտերիաներից:
