Ոստիկանապետի ու ԱԱԾ տնօրենի հարցում հստակություն կա
POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, իշխանությունները որոշում են կայացրել ՀՀ ոստիկանապետի և ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրենի պաշտոնների հարցում:
Ինչպես հայտնի է, Վալերիյ Օսիպյանի և Արթուր Վանեցյանի հրաժարականից հետո սեպտեմբերի 19-ին այդ պաշտոններում նշանակվեցին պարտականությունների ժամանակավոր կատարողներ՝ համապատասխանաբար Արման Սարգսյանը և Էդուարդ Մարտիրոսյանը:
Թերթի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, վարչապետն առաջիկայում հենց նրանց էլ կնշանակի այդ պաշտոններում՝ արդեն ոչ որպես ԺՊներ:
Տեղեկությունների համաձայն, ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնի համար թեկնածուների շրջանակն այնքան էլ մեծ չի եղել, և վերջնական ընտրությունը կանգնել է տնօրենի պարտականությունների ժամանակավոր կատարող Էդուարդ Մարտիրոսյանի վրա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է ոստիկանապետին, ապա նույն աղբյուրների պնդմամբ, անցած երկուսուկես ամիսների ընթացքում Արման Սարգսյանը հաջող է հանձնել իր «քննությունը», և հենց նա էլ կդառնա ոստիկանապետ:
