Մեկ տարի առաջ Հայաստանում իշխանազավթման ընթացքում արձանագրվեց ևս մեկ զոհ՝ երկրի օրենսդիր մարմինը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը։

 

«ԱՊԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ ԻՇԽԱՆՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ ԺՈՂՈՎԸ

 

(ՆԵԿՐՈԼՈԳ)

 

Մեկ տարի առաջ Հայաստանում իշխանազավթման ընթացքում արձանագրվեց ևս մեկ զոհ՝ երկրի օրենսիր մարմինը:

 

Էյֆորիկ շրջանում, վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառմամբ, ատելության ծայրաստիճան դրսևորումներով ձևավորված Ազգային Ժողովը քաղաքական առումով ի սկզբանե մեռելածին էր, և պետք է արժանանար ոչ թե ծննդյան վկայականի, այլ մահախոսականի:

 

Ինչպես կանխատեսում էի, «Նիկոլի կեպկայի, ռյուկզակի և սելֆիի ձողիկի» չափ քաղաքական միտք ունեցող բազմաթիվ նորաթուխ իշխանական պատգամավորներ դարձան Փաշինյանի իշխանության օրենսդիր դեմքը, իսկ ավելի ստույգ՝ անդեմությունը:

 

Ընտրություններին իշխանությունը գործադրեց բոլոր ջանքերը, որպեսզի մի կողմից թույլ չտա Հանրապետականին հայտնվել ԱԺ-ում, մյուս կողմից՝ հասարակությանը առ այսօր անհայտ անձանց համար ապահովի բազմահազարանոց քվե: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ անգամ մեզ չհամակրող հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ ընտրություններից հետո վստահ էին, որ մեզ չեն թողել ԱԺ, իսկ “ռեկորդակիր” նորընտիրների դեմքն, անունը և գործունեությունը մինչ այսօր անհայտ է հայ հասարակությանը:

 

Ազգային Ժողովը սուբյեկտայնությունը ձգտում է զրոյի ոչ միայն ճնշիչ, անորակ և մարտնչող մեծամասնության, այլև իրական ընդդիմադիր ուժերի բացակայության պատճառով:

 

Պառլամենտը, որն ի սկզբանե չի արտահայտել հանրային քաղաքական ողջ ներկապնակը, դարձել է ոչ թե քաղաքական մտքի և մշակույթի զարգացման, երկրի քաղաքական օրակարգի ստեղծման հարթակ, այլ անվերջ հաթաթաների, փողոցային խոսակցությունների, սպառնալիքների և ճվճվոցի վոդեվիլային ինստիտուտ:

 

Պատահական չէ, որ ոչ իշխանական գործիչների շուրթերից այս կամ այն գործընթացի առնչությամբ պարբերաբար կարող եք լսել, որ նման բան անցյալում չի եղել, իսկ շարքային քաղաքացիների կողմից «ձեր տեղը ԱԺ-ում զգացվում է» արտահայտությունը այլևս ուղեկցում է ինձ և իմ գործընկերներին ամենուրեք:

 

Ներկա Ազգային ժողովը դիսֆունկցիոնալ է՝ երկրում տիրող համընդհանուր բարոյական և մտավոր անկման ֆոնին:

 

Իրեն ակնհայտորեն զգացնել է տալիս նաև օրենսդիր մարմնում ազգային գաղափարական հենքով քաղաքական ուժերի բացակայությունը, որն ի զորու չեն լրացնել նման օրակարգ գնահատող առանձին վերցրած գործիչները:

 

Փոխարենը այլևս լեգենդար են դարձել ԱԺ պարգևատրումների (10 ամսում՝14 անգամ), անթիվ և անպտուղ գործուղումների, շռայլ ծախսերի և արտերկրում մեր օրենսդիրների զավեշտալի արկածների մասին պատմությունները:

 

Ամփոփելով՝ պետք է փաստել, որ երկրում քաղաքական մտքի կլինիկական մահը կենսբանականի չվերածելու համար անհրաժեշտ են արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, հատկապես հաշվի առնելով, որ այս ընթացքում առաջացել են նաև նոր քաղաքական ուժեր, որոնց ինտելեկտուալ ներուժը նույնպես գնահատելի է»,-նշել է նա:
