Գորիսի ոստիկանները բացահայտել են Կոռնիձորի համայնքապետի ապօրինությունները
SOCIETYՈստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների հիման վրա փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել Կոռնիձոր համայնքում տեղի ունեցած ապօրինությունների վերաբերյալ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը:
Ըստ քննության այս պահին հայտնի տվյալների՝ կեղծ արձանագրության հիման վրա 2016 թվականին Կոռնիձոր համայնքի արոտօգտագործողների միավորման նախագահ է նշանակվել հենց համայնքի ղեկավարը, որն իրեն ամրագրել է որպես միավորման միակ վարձու աշխատող։ Այնուհետև համայնքի կարիքների համար ձեռք բերված 12 միավոր գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկան օգտագործել է անձնական կարիքների համար։
Մասնավորապես, 2017-ից 2018 թվականների ընթացքում իրեն և այլ անձանց պատկանող վարելահողերում համայնքին պատկանող գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայով կատարվել են մի շարք աշխատանքներ։ Բացի այդ, հիշյալ ժամանակահատվածում Կոռնիձոր համայնքի ղեկավարը Տեղ համայնքի հետ կնքել է աղբահանություն իրականացնելու պայմանագիր և կատարված աշխատանքների դիմաց ստացած 4 միլիոն 960 հազար դրամից ավելի գումարը յուրացրել է։
Նախապատրաստված նյութերի հիման վրա ոստիկանության Գորիսի բաժնում առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով յուրացման կամ վատնման և փաստաթղթեր կեղծելու, իրացնելու կամ օգտագործելու հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեա
