ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է կեղծ պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ պատրաստելու և օգտագործելու դեպքեր
SOCIETYՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, որպես առաջնահերթություն դիտարկելով կոռուպցիայի տարաբնույթ դրսևորումների դեմ ուղղված պայքարը, կոռուպցիայի հակազդմանը օրենքով իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտել է առևտրային կամ այլ ծառայողների կողմից իրենց կարգադրիչ կամ այլ լիազորություններն ուրիշ անձանց օգտին օգտագործելու և մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ իրավունք վերապահող ակնհայտ կեղծ պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ պատրաստելու և օգտագործելու դեպքեր, հայտնում են ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնից։
Ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն` Շիրակի մարզի Լուսաղբյուր գյուղի բնակիչը, Բելգիայում բնակվող իր եղբոր խնդրանքով, վերջինիս կողմից հիշյալ երկրի քաղաքացիություն ստանալու և առողջական խնդիրների բուժման գործընթացը երկարաձգելու նպատակով, խոստացել է ՀՀ պատկան մարմիններից ձեռք բերել և տրամադրել առողջության և Արցախի Հանրապետությունում մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ կեղծ տեղեկություններ պարունակող փաստաթղթեր:
Այս նպատակով` նախնական համաձայնության է եկել Երկրապահ կամավորականների միության տարածքային բաժանմունքի նախագահի հետ և անձամբ ԵԿՄ զինանշանով ձևաթղթի վրա տպագրել է եղբոր կողմից Արցախի Հանրապետությունում մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ կեղծ տեղեկատվություն, որը ստորագրվել և հաստատվել է ԵԿՄ կնիքով:
Նույն ժամանակահատվածում դիմել է նաև ՀՀ-ում գործող առողջության կենտրոններից մեկի ղեկավարին և ստացել եղբոր առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ կեղծ տեղեկանք:
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքերի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
