Նիկոլի այսօրվա հայտարությունը հող է նախապատրաստում կադրային նոր ջարդի համար։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը։

 

«Ամբողջ պետական համակարգը դիմադրում է հեղափոխությանը, և ես ջարդելու եմ այդ դիմադրությունը», - կառավարության այսօրվա նիստին հայտարարել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

 

Պետական համակարգի բազմաթիվ կառույցներում շաբաթ-շաբաթ աճում է դեռևս լուռ, բայց համառ դժգոհությունը:

 

Սակայն այդ դժգոհության պատճառը «հեղափոխությունը» չէ: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ անցյալ տարի ապրիլին մեր իշխանության դեմ էին դուրս եկել նաև այս համակարգի բազմաթիվ ներկայացուցիչներ:

 

Բայց տարիների վաստակ, փորձ, գիտելիք ունեցող մարդիկ անցյալ տարվա ապրիլից հայտնվել են մի իրավիճակում, երբ իրենց գլխին շեֆ են կարգել բազմապիսի կիսագրագետ իշխանիկների, որոնց թե ինտելեկտուալ մակարդակը, թե կենսափորձը, թե բարոյական նկարագիրը չի կարող բավարարել անգամ սեփական շրջապատը, ուր մնաց՝ հարյուրավոր մարդկանցից բաղկացած, պարտականություններ ունեցող կոլեկտիվներ ղեկավարելու համար:

 

Նիկոլի պուճուրիկ կլոնների այս ճնշող մեծամասնությունը «մեր դեմ խաղ չկա» արատավոր հոգեկերտվածքի, մտավոր սնանկության ու դաստիարակության վակուումի կրողներ են, որոնք պետական կառավարաման արդյունավետության տեսակետից Տորիչելյան դատարկություն են:

 

Պետական համակարգում աշխատող մարդկանց շնորհիվ է, որ իշխանազավթումից հետո Հայաստանում դեռևս տեղի չի ունեցել համակարգային կոլլապս: Նիկոլի նշանակած բազմաթիվ самодур նախարարներ, մարզպետներ, վարչության պետեր, տնօրեններ և պատգամավորներ մակաբուծում են իրենց գործը պրոֆեսիոնալ, լուռումունջ կատարող մասնագետների վրա:
