Նոր տարի 2020. ինչ մթերք պետք է լինի սեղանին եւ որոնք կվանեն հաջողությունը

Պարտադիր ճաշատեսակներ ամանորյա սեղանին
Նոր՝ 2020թ.-ի խորհրդանիշին հաճոյանալու համար սեղանին հարկավոր է ճաշատեսակներ ունենալ, որոնց բաղադրության մեջ մտնում են.
- միս (իդեալական է, եթե մի քանի տեսակ լինի)
- ծովամթերք
- միրգ
- հատապտուղներ
- պանիր
- կանաչի։
Որպես գարնիր՝ ավելի լավ է ոչ միայն սովորական կարտոֆիլ ընտրել, այլեւ բազմազան ձավարեղեն՝ ոսպ, հնդկաձավար, բրինձ։ Եթե անհանգստանում եք, որ հյուրերին դրանք կարող են դուր չգալ, կարելի է նաեւ կարտոֆիլ ունենալ։
Առնետն անտարբեր չէ նաեւ քաղցրի նկատմամբ։ Այդ պատճառով ամանորյա սեղանին աղանդերը պարտադիր է։ Դա կարող է լինել մրգերի կամ տանը պատրաստված թխվածքի տեսքով։ Սրանց համար պարտադիր համեմունքներ ու ընդեղեն օգտագործեք։ Դրանք Առնետի նվիրվածության եւ հովանավորության գրավական կռանան։

- շաղգամ
- սպիտակաձավար (նույնիսկ որպես լրացուցիչ բաղադրիչ)
- չափազանց ճարպոտ մթերք
- կտրուկ գոտով պանիր։
Ըմպելիքի մասին. հարկավոր չէ սեղանին թունդ ալկոհոլ դնել։ Ավելի լավ է նախապատվություն տալ ավանդական շամպայնին, գինուն, լիկյորին եւ այլ թույլ ալկոհոլային ըմպելիքներին ու կոկտելյներին։
Այս ամենից կարելի է եզրակացություն անել, որ ազդրից ավելի լավ է հրաժարվել. այն շատ ճարպոտ է։
