BLOGՊաշտոնապես ներողություն եմ խնդրում Նար-Դոսից իր հրաշալի պատմվածքը Թումանյանին վերագրելու համար: Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 13-ին, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն՝ անդրադառնալով երեկ Կառավարության նիստի ընթացքում արած իր հայտարարությանը:
Նա մասնավորապես գրել է.
«Պաշտոնապես ներողություն եմ խնդրում Նար-Դոսից իր հրաշալի պատմվածքը Թումանյանին վերագրելու համար:
Մնացած մասով ամեն ինչ ճիշտ է. կանանց եւ երեխաներին նկատմամբ բռնության արդարացման որեւէ փորձ ապազգային գործունեություն է, Հայաստանը միջնադարյան խավարի երկիր ունենալու անիրագործելի երազանք: Թույլ չենք տա»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Կառավարությունը երեկ հրավիրված նիստում որոշեց հավանություն տալ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» և «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» ՀՀ օրենքների նախագծերի փաթեթին հավանություն տալու մասին» որոշման նախագծին։
ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց․ «Այս նախագիծը բխում է Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած ոչ բռնի, թավշյա հեղափոխության տրամաբանությունից։ մենք խնդիր ենք դրել, որ ՀՀ-ն պետք է լինի բռնությունից զերծ հանրություն։ Մենք պետք է արձանագրենք, որ որքան էլ այս վերնագիրը կոնսենսուսային է Հայաստանում, բայց մեր գիտակցության որոշակի ենթաշերտերում կան բռնության որոշ տեսակներ, որոնք, այնուամենայնիվ, լեգիտիմության որոշակի էլեմենտներ են պարունակում: Հարցի քննարկման համատեքստում ես հիշեցի Հովհաննես Թումանյանի հայտնի պատմվածքը՝ «Թե ինչ եղավ, երբ շաքարամանից մի կտոր շաքարը պակասեց»: Ոչ մի բան էլ չեղավ, մի մուշտի էր ընդամենը տվել, ուրիշ ոչ մի բան: Մենք կոնկրետ բան ենք ասում՝ ՀՀ որևէ քաղաքացի չպետք է ենթարկվի բռնության: Եթե մենք գնանք բռնության լեգիտիմացմանը, թեկուզ տեղային ճանապարհով, այլ տեղ կհասնենք, քանի որ ոմանց դուր չեն գալիս բոյովները, ոմանց՝ ցածրահասակները, ոմանց՝ ժուլյեն ուտողները, ոմանց՝ քյաբաբ, և այսպես շարունակ: Հայաստանի որևէ քաղաքացու նկատմամբ բռնություն պետք է չլինի, այդ թվում՝ երեխաների: Որտեղ երեխաների նկատմամբ բռնություն կա, պետությունը միջամտելու իրավունք ունի: Նույնը վերաբերում է կանանց: Որևէ մեկի նկատմամբ բռնությունը չպետք է գործադրվի»։
