ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է կեղծ դեղերի պատրաստման եւ իրացման դեպք
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, իրականացնելով հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարին ուղղված իր գործունեության հիմնական ուղղություններից մեկը, ՀՀ ԱԱԾ օպերատիվ ստորաբաժանումների իրականացրած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտել է կեղծ դեղերի պատրաստման եւ իրացման հերթական դեպքը: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ԱԱԾ-ի լրատվության ծառայությունից։
Մասնավորապես, ՀՀ առողջապահական եւ աշխատանքի տեսչական մարմնում ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունից փոխանցված տվյալների հիման վրա 2019 թ. սեպտեմբերի 18-ին հարուցվել է վարչական վարույթ, որի շրջանակներում տեսչական մարմնի աշխատակիցները Երեւան քաղաքում գործող անհատ ձեռնարկատիրոջը պատկանող դեղատանը իրականացրել են զննում: Արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է «Ֆլուկոնազոլ-Աստերիա» 150 մգ N 2 տեսակի դեղամիջոցը, ինչը հետազոտման նպատակով ուղարկվել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության ենթակայության տակ գործող փորձագիտական կենտրոններից մեկը՝ փորձաքննության:
Եզրակացության համաձայն՝ հայտնաբերված դեղամիջոցը չի համապատասխանել «Դեղերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով նախատեսված պահանջներին:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում համապատասխան հոդվածով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը եւս մեկ անգամ հորդորում է դեղատնային գործունեությամբ զբաղվող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներին արտադրել, ներմուծել, բաշխել, բաց թողնել, իրացնել եւ կիրառել այն դեղերը, որոնք գրանցված են Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում, բացառությամբ «Դեղերի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքով սահմանված մի շարք դեպքերի:
ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից իրականացված նշված միջոցառումները կրելու են շարունակական բնույթ՝ նմանատիպ դեպքերը հետագայում բացառելու համար:
