Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը եւ Ֆրանսիայի նրա պաշտոնակից Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը նոյեմբերի 26-ին Մոսկվայում կայացած բանակցությունների ընթացքում քննարկել են ահաբեկչական սպառնալիքին հակազդելու հարցերը, ներառյալ կոորդինացումը «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման դեմ մղվող պայքարում, ինչպես նաեւ միջազգային օրակարգի հրատապ այլ թեմաներ:

Պուտինի խոսքով՝ Ֆրանսիայում կատարված ահաբեկչական գործողությունները, ինչպես նաեւ ռուսական A321 ինքնաթիռի հետ կապված ահաբեկչությունը ստիպում է միավորել Մոսկվայի եւ Փարիզի ջանքերն ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում: ՌԴ նախագահը Ֆրանսիայի նախագահին հավաստիացրել է. «Մենք ձեզ հետ միասին սգում ենք այն կորուստները, որ Ֆրանսիան կրեց, դրանք ծանր կորուստներ էին»:

Իր հերթին Օլանդը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ռուսաստանցիներին Փարիզում ահաբեկչական գործողությունների կապակցությամբ նրանց արձագանքման համար եւ նշել է, որ երկու երկրները վերջերս տուժել են ահաբեկիչների գրոհներից:

Պուտինը նաեւ հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը եւ Ֆրանսիան միասնական են բոլոր նրանց գտնելու ու պատժելու հարցում, ովքեր մեղսակից են վերջերս կատարված ահաբեկչական գործողություններին:

«Ռուսաստանը եւ Ֆրանսիան գիտեն՝ ինչ է դաշնակցության ոգին: Այդպես մեկ անգամ չԷ, որ եղել Է մեր պատմության մեջ: Մենք այսօր պայմանավորվեցինք ուժեղացնել մեր համատեղ աշխատանքն ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում, ուժեղացնել տեղեկատվության փոխանակումը, կարգավորել մեր ռազմական մասնագետների կառուցողական աշխատանքը, որպեսզի խուսափենք կրկնորդումից եւ միջադեպերից»,- հայտարարել է Պուտինը եւ հավելել, որ դա թույլ կտա ավելի արդյունավետ դարձնել երկու երկրների աշխատանքը ահաբեկչության դեմ մղվող պայքարում:-
