ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ 

«Արցախյան բանակցությունների շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակը գործող վարչակազմի վարած քաղաքականության ֆիասկոյի արձանագրման եզրագծին է:

Առկա գեոպոլիտիկ իրավիճակում «ժողովրդավարությունը» որպես արտաքին քաղաքական դոկտրին հռչակած Փաշինյանը ակնհայտորեն կորցրել է բանակցային գործընթացի նկատմամբ խելամիտ ազդեցության լծակները՝ մեզ կանգնացնելով իր տգիտության և կարճատեսության «հաշիվը փակողի» կարգավիճակում:

Ասեմ, իմանաս: Քո կիքսերի հաշիվը ոչ մեկ չի պատրաստվում փակել, հատկապես՝ հայ ժողովուրդը: Քո կողմից տանուլ տված դիվանագիտությանը ՀԴՄ չի խփվելու, դրան չի հասնի:

Բելառուսի նախագահը բացահայտել էր, թե Սերժ Սարգսյանը ինչին և ում է ասել՝ ՈՉ:

ԱԳ նախարարի հրաժարականն էլ չի փրկելու իրավիճակը, քանզի իր բոլոր լրացուցիչ թերություններով հանդերձ, իրական մեղավորը կաս ու լինելու ես բացառապես դու:

Ուստի երկրում շուտափույթ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությոնների անցկացման հարցը Արցախյան բանակցությունների ներկա փուլում քո քաղաքական ինքնապաշտպանության բնազդի հարցն է:

Ինչքան շուտ գիտակցես, խիզախություն ունենաս և ընդունես, որ մենակով ի վիճակի չես, սխալական ես ու անտաղանդ, այդքանով շանս կունենաս նվազեցնելու քո պոռոտախոսության ու հանցավոր ինքնահավանության քայքայիչ և կործանարար ազդեցությունը երկու հայկական պետությունների վրա:
