Սենատի բանաձեւից հետո կսպասվի Հայոց ցեղասպանության ընդունման ալիք ԱՄՆ դաշնակիցների կողմից. Նադեին-Ռաեւսկի
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՄՆ-ով կողմնորոշվում են աշխարհի բազմաթիվ երկրներ՝ տարբեր պատճառներով, ուստի կարելի է կանխատեսել Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման ալիք Վաշինգտոնի դաշնակիցների կողմից։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում դեկտեմբերի 13-ին ասաց արեւելագետ, ՌԳԱ համաշխարհային տնտեսության եւ միջազգային հարաբերությունների ինստիտուտի առաջատար գիտաշխատող Վիկտոր Նադեին-Ռաեւսկին։
Նա նշեց այն բանի կարեւորությունը, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը օրենսդրական մակարդակով ընդունել է Թուրքիայի առանցքային դաշնակիցը, եւ Անկարայի սուր արձագանքը անխուսափելի էր, բայց ավելի կարեւոր է, որ արդարությունը հաղթանակել է ԱՄՆ օրենսդրական մակարդակով, ընդ որում՝ Սենատի բանաձեւը ընդունվել է միաձայն։ «Թուրքերը կպնդեն, որ դա ոչինչ չի նշանակում, չի կրում պարտավորեցնող բնույթ, բայց դա բնավ այդպես չէ՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ հարցի շուրջ քանիցս սրվել են ամերիկա-թուրքական հարաբերությունները»,- ավելացրեց Նադեին-Ռաեւսկին։ Փորձագետը նշեց, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչումը թույլ է տալիս խոսել նաեւ ավելի արդյունավետ աշխատանքի մասին նման հանցագործությունների կանխման ուղղությամբ, որոնք կատարվել են 21-րդ դարում, մասնավորապես՝ եզիդների ու քրդերի ցեղասպանությունը։ «Թուրքիան միշտ աչքի է ընկել հակահայկական գործողություններով։
Բայց բոլոր ճանապարհները Հայաստանի դեմ լուրջ գործողությունների համար այժմ արդեն փակ են։ Այն ամենը, ինչ Անկարան կարող էր ձեռնարկել Երեւանի դեմ, բացի բացահայտ պատերազմից, արդեն նախաձեռնել է։ Թուրքիային ծայրահեղ գործողություններից զսպում է հայ-ռուսական դաշինքը։ Այդ համագործակցությունը պետք է ամրապնդել՝ անկախ քաղաքական իրավիճակից Հայաստանում կամ Ռուսաստանում»,- ամփոփել է թյուրքագետը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 12-ին ԱՄՆ Սենատը միաձայն ընդունեց Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման բանաձեւը։ Բանաձեւը ներկայացրել էին սենատորներ Ռոբերտ Մենենդեսը եւ Թեդ Քրուզը։
