Վերաբերմունքը փոխվո՞ւմ է «Լազարևյան ակումբի» նկատմամբ
POLITICSԵրեկ Երևանում կայացել է «Լազարևյան ակումբի» երրորդ նիստը, որի ժամանակ բավական խիստ տոնայնությամբ ելույթներ են եղել: Ի դեպ, ուշագրավ է, որ նախորդ տարի կայացած նիստին Հայաստանի իշխանություններից ոչ ոք չէր մասնակցում, թեպետ համապատասխան հրավեր եղել է:
Բանն այն է, որ հետհեղափոխական «թարմ» շրջանում այդ հավաքը գնահատվում էր որպես Ռուսաստանից ուղարկված «դեսանտ», որը նպատակ ունի սատարել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին:
Այս տարի ևս, ինչպես նշեց Պետական դումայի ԱՊՀ գործերով ու եվրասիական ինտեգրման կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը, հրավերներ եղել են թե՛ ՀՀ նախագահին, թե՛ ՀՀ վարչապետին, թե՛ պատգամավորներին:
Իշխանական թևից, սակայն, ներկա էր վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը: Փորձագիտական շրջանակներում կարծիք կա, որ իշխանական ներկայացուցչի մասնակցությունը խոսում է այն մասին, որ իշխանությունները քիչ-քիչ փոխում են իրենց վերաբերմունքն այս ակումբի նկատմամբ:
Ըստ տեղեկությունների, Կարապետյանը հրավեր չի ունեցել և մասնակցել ու ելույթ է ունեցել սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ, Զատուլինի միջոցով: Ի դեպ, ներկաներից մեկը, որ չցանկացավ ներկայանալ, մեզ հետ զրույցում պատմեց, որ նիստից դուրս գալուց հետո վարչապետի մամուլի քարտուղարը բավականին զայրացած է եղել. ավելին, լսելի են եղել նրա խոսքերը, թե «սրանց դեռ ցույց կտանք»...
Վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակը, սակայն, մեզ հետ զրույցում հերքեց այս տեղեկությունը՝ ասելով. «Սուտ է: Ես ժպտալով դուրս եմ եկել նիստից:
Ինչ վերաբերում է տեղեկություններին, թե իր նախաձեռնությամբ է մասնակցել, ապա Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանն ասաց.
«Դա չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ Ես ունեմ հրավեր և արձագանքել եմ հրավերին, իմ ելույթում էլ շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնել հրավերի համար»:
