Երբ փորձ է արվում ոչնչից ստեղծել «աննախադեպություն»
POLITICSԱրևելյան գործընկերության խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովում՝ Եվրանեսթում հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավար Գայանե Աբրահամյանը, օգտվելով այն հանգամանքից, որ լայն հանրային շրջանակներում, որպես կանոն, հայտնի չեն լինում վեհաժողովների գործունեության մանրամասներն ու առանձնահատկությունները, հինգշաբթի օրը ԱԺ-ում իր ասուլիսի ժամանակ ջանք չի խնայել, որ հանձնաժողովում իրենց աշխատանքը գնահատվի «աննախադեպ:
Նախ՝ ըստ Աբրահամյանի, իբր Արևելյան գործընկերության վեհաժողովը բարձր է գնահատել ՀՀ-ԵՄ համաձայնագրի իրականացումը, այնինչ նման դրույթ այդ զեկույցում ընդհանրապես գոյություն չունի։
Այդ զեկույցի 19-րդ կետում առկա է հիշատակում, որ «վեհաժողովը ողջունում է ջանքերը՝ ուժեղացնել հսկողությունը CEPA-ի իրականացման վրա». այսինքն՝ իրականում ոչ թե CEPA-ի իրականացման տեմպերն են ողջունում, այլ հսկողությունն ուժեղացնելու ջանքերն են գնահատում։
Մյուս հարցը կապված էր նրա հետ, թե ինչու, ի տարբերություն նախորդ տարիների, հայկական պատվիրակությունը մեզ համար կարևոր որևէ հարցով արտահերթ բանաձև չնախապատրաստեց և չանցկացրեց, ինչպես արվում էր նախորդ տարիների վեհաժողովների ժամանակ։
Բացատրությունը, թե կար ԵԺԿ բանաձևը, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում, քանի որ վեհաժողովի կանոնների համաձայն՝ անգամ հնարավոր է ընդունել երկու հրատապ բանաձև, և այս անգամ հրատապ բանաձևերից մեկի տեղը թափուր էր մնացել, իսկ հայկական կողմն այն լրացնելու ջանք չի գործադրել։
Տարօրինակ էր, որ Հայոց ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակը համաժողովի շրջանակներում հարգելու փաստը Աբրահամյանը համարել է աննախադեպ՝ «պատահաբար» մոռանալով, որ 2015-ին Երևանում կայացած վեհաժողովի լիագումար նիստում մասնակիցները ոչ միայն հարգել են Ցեղասպանության զոհերի հիշատակը, այլ Եվրանեսթը ընդունել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հետ կապված հատուկ բանաձև։
