Ոստիկանության և ԱԱԾ փոխգործակցության արդյունքում բացահայտվել է ոստիկանության ծառայողի կողմից թույլ տված ապօրինությունները։ Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ Ոստիկանությունից:
Տեղեկությունների հիման վրա ոստիկանության ներքին անվտանգության վարչությունում իրականացված ուսումնասիրությամբ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժնի թույլտվության համակարգի ավագ տեսուչը քաղաքացիների անվամբ գրանցված զենքերը պահելու և կրելու թույլտվության ժամկետների երկարաձգման ու զենքերն այլ անձանց անվամբ հաշվառելու գործընթացները կազմակերպել է առանց համապատասխան ընթացակարգերի պահպանման՝ կատարելով ապօրինի գործարքներ։
Պարզվել է նաև, որ ոստիկանության մայորը ապօրինի կերպով երկարաձգել է Հայաստանից բացակայող քաղաքացիների զենքերը պահելու և կրելու թույլտվության ժամկետները։ Բացի այդ, երբեմն քաղաքացիների փոխարեն ինքն է ձեռք բերել բժշկական փաստաթղթեր։
Այսպիսով, ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների և ծառայողական քննության արդյունքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել կաշառք տալու և ստանալու, ինչպես և փաստաթղթերի կեղծիք կատարելու առերևույթ հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ։
Ծառայողական քննության նյութերն ուղարկվել են հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն։
