«Էապես մեծացել է պատերազմի վտանգը». Դավիթ Շահնազարյան

Ամիսներ առաջ ասել եմ, որ այն, ինչ արվում է գործող ռեժիմի կողմից բոլոր քայլերն անխտիր, ծրագիր է կապված Արցախի հարցի հետ եւ ուղղված Արցախի դեմ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 14-ին, «Ադեկվադ դիսկուրս» կլոր սեղան– քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Դավիթ Շահնազարյանը։
«Հայաստանում ուրիշ հարց գոյություն չունի, դա Արցախի հարցն է, անվտանգության հարցը, արտաքին քաղաքականություն: Իշխանությունն ավելի շուտ իրեն կկախի, քան թե էդ պայմանագիրը կստորագրի, որովհետեւ կապ չունի` բովանդակության մեջ ինչ է գրած: Բազմիցս նշվեց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ադրբեջանական համայնքի սուբյեկտայնությունն էապես բարձրացել է եւ դրա համար էդ համայնքը, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները ես զարմանում եմ` որ մինչեւ հիմա էս իշխանություններին շնորհակալություն չեն հայտնել: Միաժամանակ Արցախի իշխանությունների սուբյեկտայնությունը էապես իջել է: Այդ սուբյեկտայնությունն ընդգծելու համար պետք է այդ պայմանագիրը, բոլոր այն փաստարկները, որ պիտի ճանաչման պետության հետ լինի դրանք նույնիսկ իրավաբանական առումով որեւէ քննադատության չի դիմանում: Երբ որ վարչապետի տիկինը Ադրբեջանի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալին հրավիրում է Արցախ, նույն հաջողությամբ կարող է հրավիրել Շվեյցարիա, չի հասկանում,որ ինքն էնտեղ հյուրա, ինքը կաող է հրավիրել իր տանը մուղամ լսելու»,- ասաց նա:
Շահնազարյանին իշխանությունների կողմից այսօրվա տարվող քաղաքականությունում 2 բան է մտահոգում. «Առաջինը, որ էս իշխանությունները սխալ են անում, մոռացեք, էս իշխանությունը շատ ադեկվատ իշխանություն է, ոչ մի սխալ չի արել, միակ սխալը որ դանդաղ են անում էն ծրագիրը, որի համար եկել են իշխանության, ինչի համար իրեն օգնել են գալ իշխանության: Բազմիցս եմ այս մասին ասել, նույնիսկ մի անգամ փորձեցին ԱԱԾ հրավիրել դրա համար, պետք է կույր լինել, որ չտեսենլ, որ սա դրսից մեղմ եմ ասում ուղղորդվող իշխանություն է»:
Շահնազարյանի կարծիքով` իշխանությունն այդ խնդիրը հրաշալի լուծում է:
«Երկրորդը դեռ ամիսներ առաջ մամուլով ասել եմ` ինչճ է քննարկվում, հիմա էլ կրկնեմ` քննարկվում է տարածքներ` խոստումների դիմաց: Փաստաթուղթ իհարկե, կա, չեմ էլ ուզում կրութտիտ բառն օգտագործել, սրանք համարում են` փաստաթուղն էն ա, ինչը ստորագրած է, սեղանին դրված թուղթը դա կա»,- նշեց նա:
Շահնազարյանի կարծիքով` այս իշխանությունը «տառապում է ինտելեկտուալ հաշմանդամությամբ». «Պետք չի էս իշխանությանը խելք սովորեցնել, պետք չի մեքենայի շարժիչը փոխել, պետք է վարորդին փոխել եւ մոռացեք, որ արտահերթ ընտրություններով Հայաստանում իշխանություն կփոխվի»:
Գնահատելով Բրատիսլավայում տեղի ունեցած բանակցությունները` Շահնազարյանը նշեց, որ էապես մեծացել է պատերազմի վտանգը:
