Դեկտեմբերի 16-ին Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում ընդունել է Վաշինգտոնի Սուրբ Գրքի թանգարանի պատվիրակությանը՝ թանգարանի ցուցահանդեսների գլխավոր համակարգող Ջեֆրի Քլոհայի գլխավորությամբ: Սա պատվիրակության երկրորդ այցն էր Սուրբ Էջմիածին: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են Մայր Աթոռ Ս. Էջմիածնի տեղեկատվական համակարգից:

 

Թանգարանը 2021 թվականին ծրագրում է կազմակերպել ցուցահանդես «Աստծո շունչը» խորագրի ներքո` նվիրված հայկական Աստվածաշնչին և հայոց եկեղեցական արվեստին:

 

Զրույցի ընթացքում հյուրերը Նորին Սրբությանը տեղեկություններ են փոխանցել ցուցահանդեսի կազմակերպական աշխատանքների ընթացքի և անհրաժեշտ ցուցանմուշների շուրջ ձեռք բերվող պայմանավորվածությունների վերաբերյալ:

 

Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսը, ողջունելով Սուրբ Գրքի թանգարանի նախաձեռնությունը, իր գնահատանքն է հայտնել կատարված նախապատրաստական աշխատանքների կապակցությամբ: Նորին Սրբությունը վերահաստատել է Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի պատրաստակամությունը` զորակցելու նախագծի իրականացմանը և Սուրբ Էջմիածնում պահվող որոշ ձեռագիր ու տպագիր Աստվածաշնչերի ու թանգարանային սրբազան արժեքների տրամադրմամբ հարստացնելու ցուցահանդեսը:

 

Հանդիպմանը ներկա էին Մայր Աթոռի Արտաքին հարաբերությունների և արարողակարգի բաժնի տնօրեն Տ. Նաթան արքեպիսկոպոս Հովհաննիսյանը և Մայր Աթոռի Թանգարանների ու արխիվի բաժնի տնօրեն Տ. Ասողիկ աբեղա Կարապետյանը:
