SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հայաստանում մանկական քաղցկեղի և արյան հիվանդությունների կենտրոնի ղեկավար Գևորգ Թամամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում երեխայի լուսանկար էր հրապարակել՝ գրելով, որ խիստ անհրաժեշտ են արյան դոնորներ։
Արդյո՞ք երկրում արյան դոնորների թվի և արյան պահեստային քանակի նվազում կա։
Պարզաբանում ստանալու նպատակով «Փաստը» դիմեց Գևորգ Թամամյանին։
«Քանի որ արյունաբանական կենտրոնը սպասարկում է ամբողջ հանրապետությունը, շատ կարիք ունենք արյան դոնորների։
Եթե որևէ հիվանդանոցում ծանր հիվանդ է լինում, արյան ծախսն էլ ավելի շատանում է։ Հնարավոր չէ գնալ, մի տեղից արյուն գնել։
Պետք է լինեն դոնորներ, որ կարողանանք մյուսներին արյունով ապահովել»,ասում է Թամամյանը։
Մեր այն դիտարկմանը՝ պե՞տք է արձանագրել, որ այս պահին նվազել է դոնորների քանակը կամ էլ արյան անհրաժեշտությունն է աճել, նա նշում է.
«Քանի որ արյան որոշ մասնավոր բանկեր, այսպես ասենք, դոնորների մի մասին «տանում են», իսկ արյունաբանական կենտրոնը պատասխանատու է ամբողջ երկրի համար, իհարկե, բնական է՝ դոնորների նվազում է լինում։
Այսինքն՝ որոշ հիմնարկներ վճարովի արյան դոնորների մի մասին տանում են` դրանով իսկ խնդիր ստեղծելով արյան հիմնական բանկի համար»,-ընդգծում է մեր զրուցակիցը։
Արյան դոնորների և արյան քանակի մասին տեղեկություն ստանալու համար «Փաստը» դիմեց նաև Յոլյանի անվան արյունաբանական կենտրոնի արյան բաղադրամասերի պաշարման բաժանմունքի վարիչ Անդրանիկ Շամիլ յանին։ Նա ընդգծում է՝ ավելացել է արյան պահանջարկը։
«Դոնորների կարիք միշտ կա։
Ի դեպ, նկատվում է դոնորների թվի աճ, բայց այն համապատասխան չէ արյան պահանջարկի աճին, որը կրկնակի, կարելի է ասել, նույնիսկ եռակի ավելացել է,-ասում է Շամիլ յանը՝ արյան պահանջարկի ավելացումը բացատրելով հետևյալ կերպ:- Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ավելացել է հիվանդների թիվը բոլոր ոլորտներում՝ լինի օնկոլոգիա, հեմատոլոգիա, թե վիրահատություն։
Բացի դա, կան ծանր արյունահոսող հիվանդներ։ Մի հիվանդը կարող է երկու օրում հինգ-վեց պակետ արյուն սպառել, ընդ որում, արյունահոսությունն էլ չդադարի, և անընդհատ արյուն պահանջվի։
Նման դեպքերում մեծ քանակի արյան բաղադրամասեր են պետք, որպեսզի կարողանանք հիվանդին դուրս բերել այդ վիճակից»։
