ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ Արթուր Տոնոյանը, Tert.am-ի տեղեկություններով, ազատ է արձակվել կալանքից: Նրա պաշտպանները երեկ վերաքննիչ բողոք են ներկայացրել, ինչը բավարարվել է:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը նոյեմբերի 21-ին հայտնել էր, որ քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցության հիման վրա ՀՀ ոստիկանության «Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն» ծառայության պետի` հաշվառման-քննական և տրանսպորտային միջոցների տեխնիկական փորձաքննության գծով տեղակալ Արթուր Տոնոյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել։

 

Մեղադրանքն առաջադրվել է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 195-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով և 308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված այն հանցավոր արարքների կատարման համար, որ նա, չարաշահելով պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները, համաձայնեցված գործողություններով սահմանափակել է ՀՀ ոստիկանությանը տրանսպորտային միջոցների հաշվառման համարանիշերի մատակարարման հնարավորություն ունեցող մասնավոր ընկերությունների միջև մրցակցությունը, կատարել նպատակաուղղված գործողություններ ընկերություններից մեկի մուտքը ՀՀ շուկա խոչընդոտելու ուղղությամբ` այդ կերպ ապահովելով երկրորդ ընկերության մենաշնորհային դիրքը ՀՀ շուկայում և նպաստելով վերջինիս կողմից սահմանված խտրական գները պահպանելուն, որի հետևանքով պետության օրինական շահերին պատճառվել է էական վնաս:
