ՀՀ ՔԿ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է մանկահասակ երեխայի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երեխայի մորը:
Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ մինչդատական վարույթում իրականացված քննչական եւ այլ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ 2019 թվականի օգոստոսի 30-ին` ժամը 22:00-ից 24:00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, Գյումրի քաղաքի բնակչուհին՝ ծնված 1999 թվականին, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, կպչուն ժապավենով կապել է իր՝ 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերին ծնված մանկահասակ դստեր ձեռքերն ու ոտքերը, բերանին փաթաթել կիսաշրջազգեստ, այնուհետեւ երեխային բնակարանից տեղափոխել եւ դրել է փողոցում տեղակայված արբարկղերից մեկի մեջ:
Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել էր դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, որի եզրակացության համաձայն՝ մանկահասակ երեխան մահացել է մեխանիկական շնչահեղձությունից՝ սննդային զանգվածով շնչառական ուղիների փակման հետեւանքով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ երիտասարդ կնոջը մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Հայտարարվել է նախաքննության ավարտի մասին, եւ քրեական գործը ՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու եւ դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
