Սերժ Սարգսյանի գույքի վրա կալանք է դրվել
SOCIETYՀայաստանի 3-րդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի գույքի վրա կալանք է դրվել։ Այս մասին ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասացին Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունից:
«Պետությունից առանձնապես խոշոր չափով վատնում կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով մեղադրյալների գույքի վրա կալանք է դրվել ենթադրյալ հանցագործությամբ պատճառված վնասի չափով»,- հայտնեցին ՀՔԾ-ից։
Հիշեցնենք, որ նշված քրեական գործով մեղադրյալ են Սերժ Սարգսյանը և «Ֆլեշ» ընկերության սեփականատեր Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանը։ Վերջինիս գույքի վրա ևս ենթադրյալ հանցագործությամբ պատճառված վնասի չափով կալանք է դրվել։
Ըստ ՀՔԾ հաղորդագրության՝ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, տեղյակ լինելով ՀՀ հողօգտագործողներին 2013 թվականի գարնան գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքների համար մատչելի գներով դիզելային վառելանյութի ձեռքբերման նպատակով պետական աջակցության ծրագրի շրջանակներում ավելի էժան գնով դիզելային վառելիքի մատակարարի առկայության մասին, գիտակցել է, որ այլ մատակարարների առաջարկած՝ պետության համար շահավետ գների առկայության պայմաններում դրանց համեմատ ավելի բարձր գին առաջարկած «Ֆլեշ» ՍՊ ընկերության հետ դիզելային վառելիքի մատակարարման սուբսիդիայի պայմանագիր կնքելու արդյունքում պետությունից անհիմն ելքագրվելու են առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումարներ: Անտեսելով այդ հանգամանքը՝ նա «Ֆլեշ» ՍՊ ընկերության համար գործարքից առավելագույն շահույթ ապահովելու անձնական շահագրգռվածությունից ելնելով, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը, իր ենթակայության ներքո գտնվող մի խումբ պաշտոնատար անձանց միջոցով կազմակերպել է ՀՀ կառավարությանը վստահված, պահուստային ֆոնդում գտնվող առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գումարի` վատնելու եղանակով հափշտակության կատարումը, մասնավորապես` հանձնարարել է իրենից փաստացի ծառայողական կախվածության մեջ գտնվող պաշտոնատար անձանց՝ անկախ ստացված էժան գնային առաջարկներից, որպես մատակարար ընտրել «Ֆլեշ» ՍՊ ընկերությանը և մատակարարման պայմանագիրը կնքել այդ ընկերության հետ:
Հղորդագրության համաձայն՝ պաշտոնատար մի խումբ անձանց կողմից պետությունից վատնելու եղանակով հափշտակվել է ընդհանուր առմամբ 489 մլն 160 հազար ՀՀ դրամ:
