POLITICSՄարդիկ պետք է հասկանան, որ իրենց հաշվին մեծ գումարներ են տրվում այդ մարդկանց՝ Սահմանադրական դատարանից հեռացնելու համար եւ այդ մարդիկ անաշխատ եկամուտներ են ստանալու իրենց հաշվին այն երկրում, որտեղ կան սոված մարդիկ, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է քաղաքագետ Ստեփան Դանիելյանը, նկատի ունենալով ԱԺ-ի ընդունած ՍԴ անդամներին վաղ կենսաթոշակի ուղարկելու մասին օրենքը։
«Հիմա մյուս կողմից նայենք։ Ըստ էության՝ սա հակասահմանադրական, էթիկայի եւ բարոյականության կանոնները խախտող օրենք է։ Առաջանում է մեկ այլ հարց․ մենք ունենք հանրապետության նախագահ, հիշեցնեմ, որ նրա անունը Արմեն Սարգսյան է, շատերը երեւի չեն էլ հիշում, եւ այդ մարդը շատ մեծ աշխատակազմ ունի, շատ բարձր աշխատավարձ ունի, ճանապարհոդությունների վրա հսկայական գումարներ են ծախսվում պետական բյուջեից ու այդ մարդը մեկ հիմնական պարտավորություն ունի՝ հետեւել Սահմանադրության պահպանմանը։ Մենք տեսնում ենք, թե երկրում ինչեր են կատարվում, դատարաններ են փակվում, այդ մարդը իր պարտականությունները չի կատարում եւ ինքը նստած է մեր բոլորիս գումարների վրա։ Հիմա հարց․ ինքը այս հակասահմանադրական օրենքը կուղարկի՞ Սահմանադրական դատարան՝ դրա սահմանադրականությունը ճշտելու համար, թե՞ կստորագրի։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ եթե ստորագրի, ապա դա մինչեւ շատ մեծ խարան է մնալու նրա ամբողջ կյանքում։ Որովհետեւ լինում են որոշումներ, որոնք երկրի համար ճակատագրական են», ասել է Ստեփան Դանիելյանը։
«1995-96 թվականների ընտրախախտումները, որոնք կազմակերպում էր ԿԸՀ-ն, այլ ոչ թե դրա դեմն էր առնում, պետության ընթացքը խաթարեցին մինչեւ հիմա։ Մինչեւ հիմա Հայաստանի քաղաքական համակարգը չի կարողանում հունի մեջ մտնել եւ այդ մարդիկ անձնապես պատասխանատու են դրա համար։ Հիմա այս օրենքով եւս մի ճակատագրական վիճակ է ստեղծվում Հայաստանում, երբ դատական համակարգը վերջնականապես կորցնում է իր ինքնուրույնությունը, եւ դրա հեղինակը լինելու է անձամբ Արմեն Սարգսյանը։ Եթե ինքը սա չուղարկի ՍԴ՝ սահմանադրականությունը ճշտելու համար, ապա սեւ տառերով կմտնի Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ», ամփոփել է քաղաքագետը։
