ԱԺ-ում մթնոլորտը թեժ է. ընդդիմադիրները պահանջում են բերման ենթարկվածներին ազատ արձակել

Ազգային ժողովի նիստի մեկնարկին ընդդիմադիր խմբակցությունների պատգամավորները մինչ քվեարկությունն անդրադարձան այսօր առավոտյան Բաղրամյան պողոտայում տեղի ունեցած ոստիկանների ու ցուցարարների բախմանը:

«Ժառանգությունից» Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը տեղից բարձրաձայնեց, թե վարման կարգի վերաբերյալ խոսք ունի: ԱԺ նախագահը, հասկանալով, թե պատգամավորներն ինչի մասին են մտադիր խոսել, պահանջեց, որ անդրադառնան քվեարկվող հարցերին, սակայն պատգամավորներն իրար հետևից միաձայն անդրադարձան միջադեպին: Նրանք պահանջում էին անմիջապես ազատ արձակել 237 բերման ենթարկվածներին, որոնց մեջ կան նաև լրագրողեր:

ՀԱԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Արամ Մանուկյանը նշեց, թե Բաղրամյան փողոցը բացելուց հետո Ազատության հրապարակից են բերման ենթարկվել քաղաքացիները, ինչը նշանակում է, որ դա փողոցը բացելու հետ կապ չուներ։

«Պահանջում ենք անհապաղ բերման ենթարկվածներին ազատ արձակել, ապօրինի գործողությունների համար պետք է պատասխան տան»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, թե որպես բողոքի նշան ՀԱԿ-ը լքում է դահլիճը:

ԱԺ նախագահն արձագանքեց. «Բոլորս էլ հետևել ենք և ունենք գնահատականները, բոլորս  էլ ցավ ենք ապրում, կարող են գնահատականները տարբեր լինել: Բարձրացված հարցերը կապ չունեն վարման կարգի հետ, բայց ես հարգանքով մոտեցա: Ընդմիջում կունենանք, կհրավիրենք խմբակցություններից բոլոր նրանց, ում հարցը հետաքրքրում է, կքննարկենք, կփորձենք լուծել»,-ասաց նա:

ՀՅԴ քարտուղար Աղվան Վարդանյանը նշեց, թե առաջարկին կողմ են. «Այլ բան չեմ ասի, ուղղակի առաջարկում եմ, որ առաջին ընդմիջմանը խմբակցությունների ղեկավարները ձեզ մոտ հանդիպեն և խնդիրը քննարկել»,-ասաց նա:

ՀԱԿ պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, թե «դեպքերի թատերաբեմից է գալիս» և ցանկանում է վարման կարգով հաղորդում տալ հանցագործության մասին, քանի որ խոչընդոտել են լրագրողներին, որոնց հետ խոսել է և ովքեր հայտարարություն են արել:

Նա ևս պահանջեց բոլոր բերման ենթարկվածներին ազատ արձակել:

Տեղի ունեցածը դատապարտեցին նաև ԲՀԿ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Ուրիխանյանը, Վահե Էնֆիաջյանը, ՕԵԿ պատգամավորներ Հեղինե Բիշարյանը, Հովհաննես Մարգարյանը: 

Վերջինս պահանջեց, որ ԱԺ-ն արտահերթ նիստ գումարի, օրակարգում քննարկեն հոսանքի թանկացման կասեցման գործընթացը: Գալուստ Սահակյանը նշեց, թե ԱԺ-ն լիազորված չէ որևէ բան կասեցնել:

«Բա ինչի համար ենք կոչված մենք»,-հարցրեց  ՕԵԿ-ական պատգամավորը, ով պնդեց, թե մինչև օգոստոս կհասցնեն:

Վարման կարգով ի վերջո ձայնի իրավունք ստացավ նաև Զարուհի Փոստանջյանը, ով դեռ չէր հասցրել դատապարտել տեղի ունեցածը, ԱԺ նախագահը կոչ արեց անջատել խոսափողը:

Գալուստ Սահակյանը նշեց, թե անցնում են քվեարկության: Փոստանջյանը շարունակում էր, անջատված բարձրախոսով խոսել և ապա հայտնվեց ԱԺ ամբիոնի մոտ և իր վրդովմունքը հայտնեց:

«Խելակորույս, խելակորույս աշխարհ, բավական է, նստեք ձեր տեղը»,-պահանջեց Գալուստ Սահակյանը: Պատգամավորը չէր լսում և շարունակում էր, իսկ ԱԺ նախագահը փորձում էր նիստը վարել:

«Դադարեցրեք, այլապես…»,-փորձում էր կարգի հրավիրել պատգամավորին: Պատգամավորներն անցան քվեարկության, ընդդիմադիրներից մի մասը հրաժարվեց մասնակցել քվեարկությանը:
