Երեւանում ոստիկանի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող անչափահաս եղբայրների քույրն ու եղբայրը տեղափոխվել են «Երեխաների աջակցության կենտրոն» (ՀՕՖ) եւ  հաճախում են դպրոց: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է արել ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Լենա Նազարյանը:

 

Գրառման մեջ, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.

 

«Երկու ամիս առաջ անչափահաս եղբայրների կողմից Երեւանում ոստիկանի սպանության դեպքից հետո, հայտնի դարձավ նաեւ նրանց ընտանիքի պատմությունը: Պարզվեց՝ ընտանիքում կա եւս երկու անչափահաս. տեսանյութում երեւում է, որ 9 տարեկան Նորայրը եւ 12 տարեկան Գոհարն ապրում են ծայրահեղ վատ պայմաններում, չեն հաճախում դպրոց եւ իրենց ուժերից վեր տնային աշխատանք են կատարում:

 

Երեխաների սոցիալական իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում պետական մարմնի ձեռնարկած քայլերի մասին տեղեկանալու համար, դիմել էի ՀՀ աշխատանքի եւ սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարություն: Կարծում եմ բոլորի համար է կարեւոր իմանալ, որ այժմ երեխաների խնամքն իրականացվում է «Երեխաների աջակցության կենտրոնում» (ՀՕՖ) եւ նրանք հաճախում են դպրոց:

 

Անչափահասների հանդեպ կամ նրանց կողմից գործած հանցագործություններից պաշտպանության միակ ճանապարհը՝ երեխաների սոցիալական իրավունքների պաշտպանությունն է»:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ Արաբկիրի պահպանության բաժնի ոստիկանները հոկտեմբերի 16-ի գիշերը հետապնդելով Ազատության պողոտայում բռնել էին իրենց նկատած ու փախուստի դիմած, 2003 եւ 2001 թվականներին ծնված 2 եղբայրներին: Նրանցից մեկը խլել էր ոստիկաններից մեկի հաշվեցուցակային ատրճանակն ու կրակելով սպանել 38-ամյա ոստիկան Տիգրան Առաքելյանին: Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 238-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով եւ 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
