Տխուր ընտրություններ, կասկածելի ընթացք
POLITICSԵրեկ կայացավ Հայաստանի ֆուտբոլի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահի ընտրություն: Արթուր Վանեցյանի հրաժարականից հետո ոչ մեկ անգամ նշվել է, որ իշխանությունները հնարավոր ու անհնար մեթոդներ են կիրառում Արմեն Մելիքբեկյանին ՀՖՖ նախագահ կարգելու համար, որն ի սկզբանե իշխանությունների կողմից ֆուտբոլային հանրությանն ու ֆեդերացիային պարտադրվել էր որպես ՀՖՖ առաջին փոխնախագահ:
«Հնարավոր ու անհնար մեթոդների» գործելաոճը շարունակվեց նաև երեկվա նիստում, ուր գործկոմի նախկին անդամ պատգամավորները, որոնք ներկա էին սոսկ որպես հրավիրյալ, պարբերաբար միջամտում էին, ընդհուպ անթույլատրելի տոնայնությամբ:
Զսպվածությամբ ու կարգուկանոնով առանձնապես աչքի չէին ընկնում նաև մյուս թեկնածու Թովմաս Գրիգորյանն ու նրա կողմնակիցները:
Ի դեպ, տարակուսելի էր նաև Գրիգորյանի վերջին քայլը, երբ նա անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերեց և ընտրությունների արդյունքների ամփոփումից հետո լքեց դահլիճը:
Ափսոս, որ հաղթողի ձեռքը սեղմելու, պարտվել կարողանալու մշակույթ այդպես էլ չենք ձևավորում: Առավել ևս, որ, անկախ ընթացքից, ձայների տարբերությունը զգալի է:
Սակայն իշխանության թեկնածուին անցկացնելու համար նախընտրական ողջ շրջանում ու երեկ արված քայլերը, ցավոք, ծանր տպավորություն թողեցին՝ սկսյալ ամբողջ գործընթացը քաղաքականացնելուց, էլի սևերի ու սպիտակների օրակարգ ձևավորելուց, որոշ ՀԿ-ների անդամությունը վերջին պահին կասեցնելուց մինչև նիստը վարողի իրավասություններ:
Եվ այս ամենն արվում է մի իշխանության կողմից, որը տարիներ շարունակ քննադատել է անազնիվ ընտրությունները:
Դժվար չէ պատկերացնել, թե ինչերի ընդունակ կլինեն, եթե առաջիկա ընտրություններում (ՏԻՄ, թե խորհրդարանական) հասկանան, որ մաքուր, ազատ ու արդար ընտրություններով անհրաժեշտ քվե չեն ստանում: ՀՖՖ նախագահի ընտրությունը յուրահատուկ լակմուսի թուղթ էր:
