POLITICSԵրեւանի քաղաքապետարանին ոչ միայն «ԿամԱԶ»-ներ նվիրողներ են եղել, այլ նաեւ գումարներ են փոխանցողներ, եւ այդ հարցը քննարկել են փոխքաղաքապետ Հայկ Սարգսյանի հետ, որը չունի լիազորություններ նման քննարկումներ անցկացնելու։ Այս մասին Ազատություն Հ/Ը «Ֆեյսբուքյան ասուլիս» հաղորդման ժամանակ ասել է Երեւանի ավագանու «Լույս» խմբակցության ղեկավար Դավիթ Խաժակյանը։
«Դե հիմա թող լսեն, գան ինձ հարցնեն, ես թղթեր ունեմ ձեռքիս տակ, որոնք այսօր ցույց չեմ տալիս, որովհետեւ հունվարից սկսելու է գործել քննող հանձնաժողովը։ Եվ այս թղթերը, որոնք ինձ տվել են, իրենց մեջ եւս կեղծիքի տարրեր կան, եթե Դատախազությունը չի ուզում սա քննել, դա իր գործն է։ Մենք քննող հանձնաժողովով այդ լծակներն ունենք, որպեսզի դրանք բացահայտենք։ Թող ինձ չասեն, թե կամավոր է եղել, որովհետեւ ես գիտեմ՝ ում առանձնասենյակում է այդ հարցը քննարկվել, ով է սկզբում մերժել, հետո ով է ասել՝ լավ, արի, դա կտրամադրենք քեզ։ Ինչպես Ալեքսանյանի պարագայում ասացին՝ չէ, չկա, հետո պարզվեց, որ Ալեքսանյանը կա, այնպես էլ սա է պարզվելու»,- ասել է Խաժակյանը։
Հարցին՝ թե ո՞ւմ առանձնասենյակում է քննարկվել հարցը, Խաժակյանը պատասխանել է.
«Քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Հայկ Սարգսյանի կաբինետում է սա եղել, որը ֆինանսական պատասխանատու անձ է հանդիսանում եւ նման քննարկումներ իրականացնելու լիազորություններ չունի։ Կոմունալ բլոկի պատասխանատվությունն էլ դրված է Հրաչյա Սարգսյանի վրա։ Հիմա տեսախցիկներ կան, գնացեք այդ մարդկանց հարցրեք՝ շփվե՞լ եք Հայկ Սարգսյանի հետ, եթե ասեն՝ այո, հարց է առաջանում՝ դուք ի՞նչ գործ ունեք ֆինանսական պատասխանատուի հետ, նման նվիրատվության, շինթույլտվության հարցերն եք քննարկում։ Թող գնային որպես կոմունալ պատասխանատու՝ Հրաչյա Սարգսյանի հետ խոսեին, թե աղբատարներ ենք բերում։ Մեր իրավապահները կարո՞ղ են այդ հարցը տալ այս կազմակերպություններին եւ ստանալ թեկուզ ոչ ճիշտ, բայց պատասխան, որից կկարողանան ենթադրություններ անել։ Հիմա, որ այս կարգադրության փոփոխությունը եղել է, թող ամբողջ աշխատակազմին կանչեն եւ քրեական օրենսգրքով հարցաքննեն, հարցնեն՝ ձեզ պարտադրե՞լ են, որ այդ թուղթը փոփոխեք։ Եթե չեն անում, թող չասեն, թե ես չեմ կարողանում ապացուցել։ Ես քննիչ չեմ, ի վերջո, ավագանու անդամ եմ»։
