ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարեւոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության  մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում իրականացված բազմակողմանի քննության արդյունքում  պարզվել են Երեւան քաղաքում գործող հյուրանոցներից մեկի մոտ տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքի դեպքի հանգամանքները:

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել երեք անձի:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ Կոտայքի մարզի 33-ամյա բնակիչը, ցանկանալով պարզաբանումներ ստանալ Երեւան քաղաքում  գործող հյուրանոցի աշխատակցի հետ անձնական հարցերի շուրջ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության կապակցությամբ, 2019 թվականի հունվարի 2-ին` ժամը 21:30-ի սահմաններում, սպասել է նշված հյուրանոցի դիմացի մայթում կայանված իր՝ «Տոյոտա Քեմրի» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայում: Այդ ընթացքում նկատելով վերը  նշված աշխատակցի ընկերներին՝ ծնված 1997թ., ովքեր, հեռախոսազանգի միջոցով տեղեկանալով վիճաբանության մասին, ժամանել էին հյուրանոց, փայտե մահակը ձեռքին դուրս է եկել ավտոմեքենայից եւ վիճաբանության մեջ մտել նրանց հետ:

Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ վիճաբանության ժամանակ 33-ամյա տղամարդը փայտե մահակով դիտավորությամբ մի քանի անգամ հարվածել է երիտասարդներից մեկի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, ծեծի ենթարկել նրան` պատճառելով ֆիզիկական ցավ: Իսկ 22-ամյա երիտասարդները ձեռքերով եւ ոտքերով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ են հասցրել 33-ամյա տղամարդու մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին: Այնուհետեւ Կոտայքի մարզի բնակչի ձեռքից վերցնելով  փայտե մահակը՝ վերջինիս առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու միասնական դիտավորությամբ, լրացնելով մեկը մյուսի գործողությունները՝ երիտասարդները ձեռքերով եւ ոտքերով, նաեւ փայտե մահակով, բազմաթիվ հարվածներ են հասցրել նրան՝ պատճառելով կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող  ծանր մարմնական վնաս:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Երեւանի 22-ամյա բնակիչներին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով եւ 185-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, իսկ Կոտայքի մարզի բնակչին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 118-րդ հոդվածով: Նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, եւ քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
