«Պողոսների» Հայաստանը կամ կուլակաթափության ուրվականը

Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր առավոտից մի խումբ մարդիկ միջադեպ են հրահրել Արարատի մարզի Հովտաշատ համայնքում: Մի խումբ տղամարդիկ աղմուկ-աղաղակով իրենց մեքենաներով ներխուժել են Մուլտի Գրուպ կոնցեռնի գլխավոր տնօրեն Սեդրակ Առուստամյանին պատկանող ձկնաբուծարանի տարածք ու փորձել բռնի ուժով լճերից գողանալ ձկները։ ԶԼՄ-ների տպավորությամբ՝ ակցիան կազմակերպված է և հատուկ սցենարով է ընթացել։ Հովտաշատցիները տարածք ներխուժելիս հայտարարել են, թե դրանք գյուղի հողերն են՝ «մեր տարածքում աճեցրած ձկները մերն են, ու եկել ենք տանենք»։ Նրանք հարձակվել են «Կենտրոն» հեռուստաընկերության նկարահանող խմբի վրա, հարվածել ու հայհոյել լրագրողին և օպերատորին, վնասել տեսախցիկը: Լրատվամիջոցները Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունն են կապում ձկնաբուծարանի հետ, թեպետ ԱՆ պետռեգիստրում այն գրանցված է Սեդրակ Առուստամյանի անունով։ Սակայն խնդիրն ամենևին էլ այն չէ, թե ում է պատկանում ձկնաբուձարանը, որովհետև ակնայտորեն գործ ունենք սադրանքի հետ, որն առնվազն քաջալերվել է պետական մակարդակով կամ ամբողջացնում է «Նոր Հայաստանի» հավաքական կերպարը։ Սեփականության իրավունքն անձեռնմխելի է ու «կուլակաթափության» նախադեպն ունեցող երկրներում անիմաստ է խոսել ներդրումների, տնտեսության զարգացման, էլ չենք խոսում՝ տնտեսական հեղափոխության մասին։ Հեղափոխությունից հետո Հայաստանում անշեղորեն զարգանում է ատելության խոսքը, որի հիմքում իշխանության տոտալ անհանդուրժողականությունն է այլակարծության, առհասարակ՝ այն ամենի հանդեպ, ինչն իրենց կողմից չի վերահսկվում։ Անցած մեկ ու կես տարիների ընթացքում Հայաստանում շատ բան թիարախավորվեց, հիմա էլ՝ ըստ ամենյանի, հերթը հասել է արժեք ստեղծող սեփականատերերին։ Ամենաթողությունն ու բեսպրեդելը հենց այսպես են հաստատվում՝ իշխանության լուռ համաձայնությամբ, խրախուսմամբ, երբ իրավիճակի տերը դառնում են ոչ թե օրենքն ու իրավապահ մարմինները, այլ լյումպենն ու ատելությունը։ Տարօրինակ օրինաչափությամբ՝ «Կամազ»-ներ նվիրաբերող գործարարները դառնում են արքունիքի սիրելիները, իսկ սեփական կարծիք ու «Ես» ունեցող սեփականատերերը՝ իշխանության ու «պողոսների» «աչքի փուշը»։ Իշխանությունը չի կարողանում հանդուրժել, որ Աբովյան քաղաքում կարող է հաղթել ոչ իրենց թեկնածուն, չի մարսում այն փաստը, որ բիզնեսը հաշտության խնդիր ունի ոչ թե իշխանության, այլ՝ հասարակության հետ։ Ու այս արանքում «սպանվում» է նոր Հայաստանը՝ դառնալով ոչ թե հեղափոխության, այլ՝ կուլակաթափության սիմվոլ։
