Shamshyan.com-ը Կոտայքի մարզի 1000-ից ավելի բնակիչների կողմից նամակ է ստացել, որով բնակիչներն իրենց երախտիքի ու շնորհակալանքի խոսքն են ուղղում Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատավոր Գոռ Շահբազյանին՝ խնդրելով նաև՝ գաղտնի պահել իրենց ինքնությունը։

Օրինակ պետք է վերցնել Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավոր Գոռ Շահբազյանից և վերջինիս կազմից ինչպես ընդունված է ասել, այս դատավորի մոտ երբեք արդարությունը չի հապաղում:

Գովեստի է արժանի Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավոր Գ. Շահբազյանը և նրա կազմը, քանի որ վերջինիս կողմից կայացրած դատական ակտերը ուղղված են բացառապես մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությանը և արդարությանը, դատավորի կողմից կայացվել են դատական ակտեր, որոնք գրեթե չեն վիճարկվել վերադաս ատյաններում և համեմատ շատ դատավորների Գ.Շահբազյանը միշտ աչքի է ընկել իր անաչառությամբ և արդարության հանդեպ ունեցած բիրտ սկզբունքներով և ինչպես ընդունված է ասել, այս դատավորի մոտ երբեք արդարությունը չի հապաղում:

2019թ. ևս դատավորը աչքի է ընկել միայն ի պաշտպանություն արդարությանը և հենց նրա կողմից են կայացվել բազմաթիվ աղմկահարույց գործերով դատավճիռներ որոնք չեն առժանացել պարսավանքի ինչն էլ փայլուն օրինակ է այլ դատարանների համար:

Ինչպես հայտնում են շատերը կարելի է տարվա լավագույն դատավոր մրցանակը շնորհել հենց այս դատավորին:

Ծնվել է 1977 թվականին, Երևան քաղաքում:

1999 թվականին ավարտել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետը:

1991թվականից մինչև 2001թվականը ծառայել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերում:

2001 թվականից մինչև 2003 թվականն աշխատել է ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազությունում՝ որպես ստաժոր-քննիչ:

2003 թվականից մինչև 2007 թվականն աշխատել է ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազությունում՝ որպես քննիչ:

2007 թվականին եղել է ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի դատախազի օգնական:

2007 թվականից մինչև 2010 թվականն աշխատել է Երևան քաղաքի Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների դատախազության դատախազ:

2010 թվականից մինչև 2012 թվականն աշխատել է Երևան քաղաքի Արաբկիր և Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանների դատախազության դատախազ:

2013 թվականին աշխատել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության մարդու դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության ավագ դատախազ:

2013 թվականից մինչև 2015 թվականն աշխատել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կոռուպցիոն և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության ավագ դատախազ:

2015 թվականից մինչև 2017 թվականը եղել է ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կոռուպցիոն և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության պետի տեղակալ:

2017 թվականին հանդիսացել է ՀՀ արդարադատության ակադեմիայի ունկնդիր:

ՀՀ Նախագահի՝ 2017 թվականի նոյեմբերի 30-ի հրամանագրով նշանակվել է ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր:
