Հայաստանում բարդ իրավիճակ է առաջացել հրդեհների պատճառով։ Այս մասին մամուլի ասուլիսում դեկտեմբերի 25-ին ասաց Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության տնօրեն, գեներալ-մայոր Վրեժ Գաբրիելյանը։

 

Նրա խոսքով՝ եղանակային անոմալիաների եւ տաք եղանակի պատճառով դեկտեմբերի սկզբին Հայաստանում ստեղծվել է բարդ իրավիճակ անտառային եւ խոտածածկ տեղանքի հրդեհների պատճառով։ «Հրդեհների քանակը, անցած տարվա համեմատ, էապես ավելացել է։ Այսպես, 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 24-ի տվյալներով՝ գրանցվել է 12 595 տագնապի ազդանշան, որոնցից 10 116-ը կապված է եղել հրդեհի հետ»,- ասել է Գաբրիելյանը՝ ավելացնելով, որ անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ այս տարի հրդեհների թվի աճը կազմել է 54,6 տոկոս կամ 3574։ Միեւնույն ժամանակ, նա նշել է, որ այս տարի գրանցվել է հրդեհների առավելագույն քանակություն վերջին 16 տարիների ընթացքում։ «Զոհվել է 6 եւ տուժել 63 մարդ» Անցած տարի այդ ցուցանիշը կազմել է 8 եւ 25 մարդ համապատասխանաբար»,- տեղեկացրել է գեներալ-մայորը՝ ընդգծելով, որ հրդեհների 10,2 տոկոսը ծագել է բնակելի շինություններում՝ 1036 դեպք։

 

Այնուամենայնիվ, ինչպես նշեց Գաբրիելյանը,  հրդեհների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը ծագել է խոտածածկ եւ անտառային տեղանքում՝ 64,6 տոկոս։ ԱԻՆ փրկարար ծառայության տնօրենը նաեւ նշեց, որ պատասխանատու անձինք, ովքեր պետք է վերահսկեին իրավիճակը տեղերում, չեն կատարել իրենց անմիջական պարտավորությունները, եւ այդ անփույթ վերաբերմունքի պատճառով հանրապետությունում վերջին ամսում ստեղծվել է այսքան բարդ իրավիճակ։ «Նրանք պետք է ձեռնարկեն բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները, որպեսզի թույլ չտան նման հրդեհավտանգ իրավիճակների առաջացումը»,- ասել է Գաբրիելյանը։ Գեներալ-մայորը նշել է, որ հաճախ նրանք, ովքեր պետք է հետեւեն իրավիճակին, հրդեհի առաջացման պահին իրենց տեղերում չեն լինում, եւ հարկ է լինում փնտրել նրանց։ Այս առնչությամբ նա հերթական անգամ քաղաքացիներին կոչ արեց  զգոնություն ցուցաբերել եւ ավելի պատասխանատու վերաբերվել իրենց շրջապատող բնությանը՝ հրդեհների առաջացման պատճառ չդառնալով։ «Հրդեհների 96 տոկոսը տեխնածին է, այսինքն՝ ծագում է մարդու մեղքով... Դուք ցանկանում եք ձեր սերունդներին թողնել այրված անտառներ ու բուսականությո՞ւն»,- նշել է Գաբրիելյանը։

 

Բայց, չնայած քննադատությանը, գեներալ-մայորը հավաստիացրեց, որ հանրապետության ԱԻՆ-ը ձեռնարկում է բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները ծագած խնդիրը լուծելու համար։ Նա նշեց, որ հրդեհների մարումը հաճախ դժվարանում է բարդ եղանակային պայմանների, ինչպես նաեւ այն պատճառով, որ հրդեհները ծագում են լեռնային, բավական կտրտված տեղանքում։
