ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեկտեմբերի 24-ին Դիլիջան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած սպանության բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը:

2019թ. դեկտեմբերի 24-ին՝ ժամը 21:00-ին, Դիլիջանի բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ իրենց մոտ հրազենային վնասվածնքներով տեղափոխվել է երկու անձ, որոնցից մեկը, ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից, մահացել է:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

 

Իրականացված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են մի շարք հանգամանքներ՝ դեպքի վայրը, տուժածների ինքնությունը, ովքեր հանդիսանում են Դիլիջան համայնքի բնակիչներ՝ ծնված 1987 և 1996թթ.:

 

Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2019թ. դեկտեմբերի 24-ին՝ ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը 7.62մմ տրամաչափի ինքնաձիգից կրակահերթ է արձակել 32-ամյա տղամարդու և դեպքի վայրում գտնվող  նրա բարեկամի՝ 23-ամյա երիտասարդի ուղղությամբ, ինչից հետո վերջիններս հրազենային մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ 32-ամյա տղամարդը, ստացած կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքների արդյունքում, գիտակցության չգալով մահացել է:

 

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են մի շարք քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել են 7.62մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտի 14 կրակված պարկուճ, արնանման հետքեր, վերցվել են փորձանմուշներ, հարցաքննվել են վկաներ, առգրավվել են տուժողների հագին դեպքի պահին եղած հագուստները:

 

Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դիակի դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական և դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ:

 

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը պարզելու, նրան հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:

 

Հանձնարարություններ են տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանմանը:

 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
