Գիտնականները պարզել են, որ գեղեցիկ սեռի ներկայացուցիչները ծրագրավորված են ամուսնական դավաճանության։ Հետևությունները արվել են ուսումնասիրությունների հիման վրա։
Այն անցկացվել է աշխարհի 62 երկրներում։ Առաջին դավաճանությունը, ըստ գիտնականների, տեղի է ունենում ամուսնությունից 4 տարի հետո։

Բացի նրանից, որ կանացի դավաճանություն և անկայունությունը ծրագրավորված է ԴՆԹ-ի մակարդակով, ընտանիքի փլուզմանը նպաստում է՝ հարբեցողությունը, աղքատությունը, անհավասար հայացքները և բարոյական դեգրադացիան։
Գլխավոր պատճառը, որ կինը դավաճանում է ամուսնուն, դա սեռական անբավարարվածությունն է։
Դավաճանության երկրորդ պատճառը կարելի է անվանել վրեժ։ Ամուսինը շատ քիչ ժամանակ և ուշադրություն է հատկացնում կնոջը և դրա համար էլ նա ստանում է իր հասանելիքը։
Ամենադժվար իրավիճակը՝ երբ կինը իսկականից սիրահարվում է։ Այդպես լինում է, երբ մարդ գտնում է իր երկրորդ կեսին ուրիշ մարդու մեջ։ Իսկ նախկին սերը վերածվում է ուղղակի սովորության։
Գիտնականները պնդում են, որ ազատ սերը ոչնչացնում է ընտանիքներն ու տանում առողջության՝ ինչպես բարոյական, այնպես էլ ֆիզիկական թուլացման։
