Քննարկվել է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ազգային ռազմավարության նախագիծը

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում այսօր տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել է ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության ազգային ռազմավարության եւ դրանից բխող 2020-2022թթ. գործողությունների ծրագրի նախագիծը:
Արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը նշել է, որ ծրագրի մշակումը եւ ընդունումը բխում է ՀՀ կառավարության 2019-2023 թթ. միջոցառումների ծրագրից եւ ՀՀ ստանձնած մի շարք միջազգային պարտավորություններից, այդ թվում՝ ՀՀ-ԵՄ Համապարփակ եւ ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրից: Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ռազմավարությունն անցել է հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում ներառական քննարկումների փուլով, կազմակերպվել են մեկ տասնյակից ավելի միջոցառումներ, քննարկվել է քաղաքացիական հասարակության մասնակցությամբ, շահագրգիռ գերատեսչություններից ստացված առաջարկների մեծ մասն ընդունվել է, ակտիվ աշխատանք է իրականացվել նաեւ ՄԻՊ գրասենյակի հետ: Ռ. Բադասյանը նշել է, որ ռազմավարությունը տալիս է մարդու իրավունքների գործող վիճակի, ինչպես նաեւ նախորդ գործողությունների ծրագրի գնահատականը, նախանշում է հիմնական սկզբունքները եւ հաջորդ 3 տարվա առաջնահերթությունները: Նախատեսվում է ձեւավորել պետական մարմինների եւ քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ մշտադիտարկման խումբ՝ գործողությունների ծրագրի պատշաճ իրականացումը վերահսկելու նպատակով, ինչպես նաեւ ստեղծել ազգային ռազմավարության էլեկտրոնային հարթակ:
Փաստաթղթի շուրջ ծավալվել է մտքերի փոխանակություն, քննարկվել են գործողությունների ծրագրին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր, ներկայացվել են առաջարկություններ եւ դիտարկումներ:
Վարչապետը հանձնարարել է լրամշակել նախագիծը՝ ի մի բերելով խորհրդակցության ընթացքում հնչեցված առաջարկությունները եւ սեղմ ժամկետում ներկայացնել կառավարության քննարկմանը:
