Նոր տրանսպորտային ցանցի ներդրման համար վարկ վերցնելու շուրջ համաշխարհային մեծության բանկերի հետ ենք քննարկում ։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 25-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Երևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը։
«Կառավարության հետ եկել ենք համաձայնության, որ տրանսպորտային նոր ցանի ներդրումն արվելու է վարկի միջոցով։ Բնականաբար գումարը բավականին մեծ է, համայնքն այդքան գումար չունի, պետությունը պետք է օգնի համայնքին, քննարկումները եղել են այն մասին, թե ինչ ֆորմատով է լինելու, ինչ վարկ է լինելու, ինչ կերպով է վարկը տրամադրվելու, ինչպես նաև ինչպես է գործելու ցանցը, սրանք բազմաթիվ հարցեր են, որոնք շատ երկար մտորելու և քննարկելու տեղ ունեն, որովհետև թե գունարներն են մեծ, թե պատասխանատվություն է մեծ, և ի վերջո համակարգը պետք է ճիշտ աշխատի, միայն ավտոբուսներ գնելով չի։ Ամենահեշտը ավտոբուսը գնելն է, ամենադժվար պրոցեսը, թե ինչպես են այդ ավտոբուսները աշխատելու, ինչ համակարգով են աշխատելու՝ տոմսային համակարգը, գնային քաղաքականությունը, շատ հարցեր կան, դրա համար երկար է տևում։ Համաշխարհային մեծության բանկերի հետ ենք քննարկում, տոկոսների մասին չեմ կարող խոսել։ Գումարի չափը տատանվում է՝ կարող է լինել 120 մլն, 150 միլիոն կամ 250 միլիոն»,-նշեց նա։
