«Հանուն սոցիալական արդարության» կուսակցության նախագահ Արման Ղուկասյանը և կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Ծովինար Կոստանյանը լքել են Հանրային խորհրդի գիտության, կրթության, մշակույթի, երիտասարդության և սպորտի հանձնաժողովը:

Արման Ղուկասյանը ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ իրենց որոշումը պայմանավորված է Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանի նշանակմամբ:

«Մենք լքել ենք Հանրային խորհուրդը՝ հաշվի առնելով պարոն Սաֆարյանի անձը, քանի որ նա չի կարող ներկայացնել  հասարակական կազմակերպությունների շահերը, քաղաքացիական հասարակության շահերը: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ նա ֆինանսավորվում է «Ժողովրդավարության աջակցման հիմնադրամ»-ի կողմից, որը ամերիկյան է: Ու առհասարակ, Սաֆարյանը հայտնի է որպես արևմտամետ հասարակական գործիչ, և այդպիսի մարդը չի կարող լինել ՀԽ ղեկավարը»,- նշեց նա:

Ղուկասյանի խոսքով՝  տարբեր փորձագիտական շրջանակների կողմից բազմիցս նշվել է, որ ՀԽ-ը դեռ կայացման փուլում է և բազմաթիվ անելիքներ ունի:

«Այս պարագայում նման մարդուն նշանակել կառույցի ղեկավար՝ հավասար է այդ կառույցը քաղաքականացնելուն, նեղ խմբերի շահերին ծառայեցնելուն, որը չի բխում քաղաքացիական հասարակության լայն շերտերի շահերից: Կարծում եմ՝ նման կառույցի ղեկավարը պետք է լինի հնարավորինս ոչ այդպիսի հայացքներով մարդ, ով ծառայում  և ֆինանսավորվում է օտարերկրյա հիմնադրամների կողմից»,-ընդգծեց նա:

Ղուկասյանը նշեց, որ Սաֆարյանն այն մարդը չէ, ով պետք է ղեկավարի ՀԽ-ը. «Նա չի կարողանա միավորել բոլորին: Ես չեմ ուզում վիրավորել Սաֆարյանին, բայց այն ձևաչափը, որով գործում է Հանրային խորհուրդը՝ Սաֆարյանին  ղեկավար ես չեմ տեսնում: Նա մարդ է, ով դրսից է ֆինանսավորվում, նաև հայտնի է որպես հակառուսական դեմք»: 

Նա ընդգծեց, որ չի հասկանում՝ ինչո՞ւ, ո՞ր արժանիքների համար են հենց Սաֆարյանին նշանակել նախագահ:

«Մեր մտավախություններից մեկն էլ այն է, որ նաև այդ որոշման արդյունքում մարդիկ դուրս են գալիս ՀԽ-ից: Մի որոշ ժամանակ առաջ «Իրազեկ քաղաքացիների միավորում» հ/կ ծրագրերի համակարգող Դանիել  Իոաննիսյանը նշանակվեց անդամ: Նա հայտնի է, որպես Սորորսի հիմնադրամի շահառու»,- նշեց Ղուկասյանը:

Նա մտահոգությամբ նշեց, որ ստեղծվում է այնպիսի տպավորություն՝ ասես ուզում են այդ կառույցը համապատասխանեցնեն  նեղ խմբերի շահերին և, իհարկե, դա իր համար անընդունելի է: Արման Ղուկասյանի խոսքով՝ հենց այդ պատճառով է որոշել դուրս գալ Հանրային խորհրդի հանձնաժողովից:
