SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ այսօր, դեկտեմբերի 25-ին, ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքում ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելով՝ ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Կարեն Բունիաթյանի գլխավորությամբ, համագործակցելով ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի իրենց գործընկերների հետ՝ վարչության պետ Գարիկ Ղուկասյանի, վարչության պետի օպերգծով տեղակալ Ալիկ Մամիկոնյանի և նույն վարչության քրեական հետախուզության բաժնի պետ Վահե Մուշեղյանի գլխավորությամբ, ոստիկանության Ավանի բաժանմունքի քրեական հետախուզության խմբի ծառայողների հետ, համագործակցելով Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի խմբի հետ՝ քննչական բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Վահե Լաչինյանի գլխավորությամբ տաք հետքերով հանցագործության վայրում բռնել ու վնասազերծել են բնակարանային գողերի։

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները, վտանգելով իրենց կյանքը, լայնածավածալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և համալիր գործողությունների արդյունքում ժամը 15։00-ի սահմաններում Նորք Նորքի 9-րդ զանգվածի Վիլնյուսի 57 շենքից բնակարանային գողություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին են բերման ենթարկել 3 քաղաքացու։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այդ քաղաքացիներն են Երևան քաղաքի Նոր Նորքի 9-րդ զանգվածում հաշվառված 46-ամյա Էդուարդ Պետրոսյանը, Նոր Նորքի 1-ին զանգվածի բնակիչ՝ 47-ամյա Գրիգոր Մանուկյանը և Ավան վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ՝ 37-ամյա Սուրեն Զարոյանը։

Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Ս. Զարոյանը բերման ենթարկվելու պահին իր մոտ եղած գազային գլանանոթով մարմնական վնասվածք է պատճառել ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի օպերլիազոր Հարություն Գևորգյանին և ոստիկանության Ավանի բաժանմունքի ավագ օպերլիազոր Սերգեյ Բասոյանին։

Վերջիններս մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել են «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղից էլ՝ Մալայանի անվան ակնաբուժոթյան կենտրոն, քանի որ ճիվաղը գազի «բալոնչիկը» փչել էր իրեն վնասազերզած ոստիկանների դեմքին։

Փաստի առթիվ Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Վ. Լաչինյանի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ՝ նույն բաժնի հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Օգսեն Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ, ում որոշմամբ նշված անձինք ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 34-177 հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետի հատկանիշներով որպես կասկածյալներ՝ ձերբակալվել են։

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ Ս. Զարոյանը. Գ. Մանուկյանն ու Է. Պետրոսյանը, հանցավոր համաձայնության գալով միմյանց հետ, հարմարեցված բանալու միջոցով բացել են Նոր Նորքի 9-րդ զանգվածւ Վիլյնուսի փողոցի 57 շենքի 9-րդ բնակարանի դուռը, մտել ներս և այնտեղից հափշտակել ոսկյա զարդեր, կանխիկ գումար ու երբ փորձել են նույն ճանապարհով դուրս գալ, հենց «բնի մեջ» ոստիկանների ու քննիչների ճիշտ և օպերատիվ գործողությունների շնորհիվ վնասազերծվել են։

Այս դեպքում, ինչպես ժողովուրդն է ասում, ստահակները չեն հասցրել հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնել. «մուրազը մնացել է փորում»։

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նրանց մոտ հայտնաբերել են գողոնը, ինչպես նաև մեծ թվով բանալիներ, դռներ բացելու հատուկ գործիքներ։

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
