ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության կողմից  իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի Մասիս համայնքի ղեկավարի կողմից պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու դեպք:

ԱԱԾ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն` Արարատի մարզի Մասիսի համայնքապետարանի աշխատակիցներն ու ավագանու անդամները, 2007-2008 թթ. ընթացքում, գործելով համայնքի ղեկավարի ցուցումով, առանց օրենքով նախատեսված  համապատասխան հիմքերի, համայնքի ավագանու անդամներից մեկին դիտարկել են որպես սոցիալապես անապահով անձի, նվիրատվությամբ, ավագանու որոշման հիման վրա վերջինիս օտարել են համայնքի սեփականությունը հանդիսացող եւ ՓԲ ընկերություններից մեկի կողմից զբաղեցված 833.2քմ մակերեսով վարչական շենքը, ապա ուղղակի վաճառքով, մեկ այլ որոշմամբ, նույն ավագանու անդամին օտարել են  նշված ընկերության կողմից զբաղեցված 299քմ մակերեսով հողատարածքը:

Այնուհետեւ, համայնքի ղեկավարի ցուցումով, նշված վարչական տարածքն ու հողատարածքը նվիրաբերել են նրա կողմից մատնանշված անձանց` վերջինիս որդուն եւ ՀՀ նախկին ոստիկանապետի դստերը:

Այսպիսով, մի շարք անձանց գործունեության հետեւանքով խաթարվել է պետական մարմնի բնականոն գործունեությունը, չեն պահպանվել համայնքային սեփականությունը հանդիսացող գույքի եւ հողատարածքների օտարումը կարգավորող իրավանորմերի պահանջները, որի արդյունքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը պատկանող առանձնապես խոշոր արժեք ունեցող գույքն ու հողատարածքը ոչ իրավաչափ կերպով օտարվել է` առաջացնելով ծանր հետեւանքներ:

ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` համապատասխան հոդվածների հատկանիշներով: Կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
